I use 3utools to check up the serial number or take apart the screen , if you see a blue stamp after the plate you know it isn't oem, the risk while performing this is quite high as u might get vertical lines or a brownish screen afterwards.

you cannot pair the screen with logic board. although the battery is possible when you transfer the chips. but it carries across the old data of battery health.
