Talk is cheap. Kibera keeps growing in the absence of affordable housing. Lands to expensive to buy and build so we see more rural-urban migration in search of green pastures. This is not the case in Abuja no matter how u try to sweat it. Make peace with that and move on.

you are mis quoting two different things. mpape as an informal settlement has up to a million inhabitant's.but the people inhabiting the slum in mpape are less than a 100thausand. my cam will be ariving month end and i will be making a
vlog about mpape crushed rock during the process i will explore the remaining parts.there huge gap between a slum and an informal settlement! man... the contrast is clear.majority of mpape expansive land is doted with unplaned modern houses.some painted and some not.the slum in mpape is less than a 100kmsq with the inhabitance not grater a one hundred thausand. i have been to mpape sevral times.
