It is highly improbable that the victim agreed to have sex with a total stranger who has just confessed to luring her to his den under false pretext. Even the most wayward, uncultured street urchin will not acquiesce to sex under such circumstances, much less a responsible young graduate. His story does not sound even remotely plausible.
I listened to the audio where she was screaming and if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say that scream happened while she was being raped.
