The stabilizer that didn’t kill him, suddenly killed her. Not forgetting the absence of bruises or injury on the forehead that was hit with a stabilizer.

4) He is angry with females because of his experiences with call-girls. So he decided to take it out on random, unsuspecting females.

5) He said he called a particular KUFRE EFFIONG. Remember David Hundenyin mentioned this name in his report. Kufre Effiong is his cousin. Kufre Effiong is also a protocol officer to Godswill Akpabio.

6) His father is a retired civil servant from the Ministry of Health. He retired as a director, having worked and lived in Abuja for about 20 years.

7) The father confirms that Francisca Akpan actually called the culprit to return to Uyo. Once again confirming David Hundenyin’s report. Francisca is his sister in Calabar. David’s report also stated that her location at the time of the call was Calabar.

8- The father said he is disappointed, embarrassed and unaware of his son’s devilish ways. He is also not part of any organ trafficking syndicate.

9) The culprit said the NYSC boot at the crime scene belongs to his mother, they use it for farming and those numerous books belong to him and his siblings.

10) The property belongs to his father who is mysteriously never around. Thanks to the nature of his job. His farmer mother too is never around, neither are his two siblings.

11) He looks very unabashed. I wouldn’t know why.

To be frank, the guy may be let loose at the long run.

Here are my thoughts concerning the case.
1. The guy murdered the girl (which he has confessed to) .
2. It's not the first time he has done it because he seems to relaxed for someone who "mistakenly killed a girl".
3. The guy is definitely in the organ/ skeleton business as speculated by the investigative reporter.
4. He has a lot clients who are in high positions of power which explains why he wasn't given the "Nigerian police treatment" in jail.
5. A lot of too many "ogas at the top" are way too interested in this case.
6. The guy has got lots of connections who have provided him with some good lawyers to tell him what to say and cover all angles.
7. The guy knows he's got a lot of "top shots" on his back which explains his statements when he was arrested and why he's not scared or jittery as someone who's on trial for murder & multiple homicide should be.

Many of you seemingly forget the weight, size and shape of a stabiliser. Stabiliser is not something you can grab that easily while lying down and also hit someone with it.

If you all go to court with these conspiracy theories and stories; this guy would walk free because they are baseless. There’s no evidence to suggest he belongs to an organ trafficking syndicate or that her body was mutilated or that he has killed previously. If he hasn’t killed previously, something must have happened for this case to lead to death. What actually transpired is what we should try to unravel. The timeline of events between when she got to him and when she died, thats how to build a solid airtight case.

Leave the theories for now. Putting together one solid murder charge against him is better than multiple unsubstantiated and frivolous claims. Of course, he lied about the stabilizer and the events that led to her death, thats a bit normal in cases like these, he probably has a lawyer now who is tutoring him on what to say and all. We just need the facts to counter him; an autopsy would have revealed a lot.

About Kufre Effiong, please give the man a break. Yes he made calls to David and also his sister did but both as at the time they did not know the facts. The idea at the time was that Ini was in danger based on a the 2sec VN/call to her friend and David was the culprit. We only learnt of her death when David was caught. All the time he probably was telling his family he was innocent and they were trying to reach out to him and help him sort things out just like you would do to your family too.

Please don’t be emotional. Imagine you put up this argument in court and someone turns up with a stabilizer that a 4 year old can carry. There are small stabs too.

Lets accept that she hit him with a stabilizer but in self defense. She was already scared for her life as he had tricked her with a job interview, kidnapped her & was going to rape her so she was fighting back in self defense and he murdered her.

If we don’t take that position, he will. Then it goes from murder to manslaughter as he will say he was defending himself.
