[quote author=meetme01 post=101701036]Our journalist need to upgrade. By now, we should have seen names from those books littered in the building.

By now, folks around should have been questioned to ascertain people that actually come around that place. Probably, big cars or flashy guys or any bad odour from that area.

The CP said, the supposed graves look as if yams were harvested there. Farmers are around, thet should know better. Folks around should testify to that basic fact.

I don't understand why the father was paraded. He's not the culprit nor an accomplice. So why?

Akpan friends should be identified through his Facebook account to ascertain the type of guy he's. An indepth research will relieve more facts.

David was able to give names of recent callers. Can he do same to 2-3months and run checks on them to see if their are accomplices or has reported, buyers of the organs.?

It's obvious the guy was tutored on what to say. He did not fret. He spoke eloquently repeating same statement which shows he is very smart. He even said, he was ready to die. He already knows it will take long before he can be sentenced. He knows the process.

To be frank, the guy may be let loose at the long run.

In court, he already accepted manslaughter which is life imprisonment. That's what the judge will rely upon since the police or any other person cannot provide facts and evidences.

Man this is surely not a matter of sex.
I strongly believes that there are more to these
Calling someone you never know nor seen just for an instant sex from another local government to yours

And when she arrives within some minutes you requested for sex and without much a do she agreed
Then she hijacked stabiliser without nothing to show on your parts
Then you killed her for fun just because she became violence
I am from that part of the country asked anyone our farms are mainly for consumption and not for commercial purposes, there fore, our farms are within neighbourhood we have no thick farm they are in form of gardens .that one would have special shoe for no never!!
Can you see how neat and clean the guy is?
Compare with common criminal in police net and answer the question by yourself.
Finally, you said the parents never complained of the missing parts, good observation and a wonderful point .
But then, look at the time frame, that is when the killing and racing of alarm by the friend and when would the harvesting of the part takes place.
Do you know the procedures and why he made the dam called.
I want to assure you that, that young man is from i passed my neighbours family and what can the villagers do , who gives them the access to the compound and if u doubt me go to that village and try asking anyone except drunkard that would respond to your questions they are untouchable, no one would talk or u pay for it with your life

hmmm. What if they were paid off, because the way they hurriedly stormed the police station demanding for their daughters body was suspicious.... This country sef... Careless family
Not even what if,,, its either they were paid off or threatened or they want to go traditional by withdrawing from the case, one of the survivors said this frank guy gives his victims marijuana to smoke till they are knocked out, then he rapes and takes thier nude pictures, so they will not be able to talk because he has thier nude pictures, atleast an autopsy was supposed to reveal some things, i do not want to believe he is into organ trafficking because there are survivors, but one thing i know for sure is that the guy is highly connected, for a DPO and a senior protocol officer to drive in a private car to pick him up, it tells a lot.

Please don’t be emotional. Imagine you put up this argument in court and someone turns up with a stabilizer that a 4 year old can carry. There are small stabs too.

Lets accept that she hit him with a stabilizer but in self defense. She was already scared for her life as he had tricked her with a job interview, kidnapped her & was going to rape her so she was fighting back in self defense and he murdered her.

If we don’t take that position, he will. Then it goes from murder to manslaughter as he will say he was defending himself.

Damn!!! Law is sooo fuvked up.

Ini might be suffering the actions or words of her father in time past... I pray your children do not suffer for your actions or words in time to come.. Shalom

Na over fetish, over churchy and religious folks de believe this your talk.

When do you think the Children of Abacha, Babangida, etc will suffer for the blood of DeleGiwa, OgoniNine, etc.

What gives you the full assurance that your suffering or blessings are fully or partly the karma from the actions and inactions of your Progenitors. What gives you the impression that your own action and inactions will determine the fate of your offsprings.

Talking for talking sake.

This is one case that Nigerians should rise up and make sure that justice is served in full measures to avoid VIP influencing injustice in the country...just as the police are getting it hot from the masses today, it will soon get to the door step of politicians

I'm sorry to say, no justice anywhere...
In coming weeks now, they will throw the whole case under carpet...
We have had many of such in this country, nothing happens and nothing will happen to this one too

i don't do sentiments, whats glaring needs no further logical argument, you expect nigeria police to dig out decomposed bodies to proof what, would that erased the fact that he is a murderer be it one or more.
His confessions alone is enough to get him rope, i will advice you go read david hundenyin’s investigative journal there is more to the case, and they might want to cover things up, hide the big picture therefore if making the case a roller coaster is what will enforce justice so be it. i can never trust NPF

So many things don't tally here. My question is: why was her family in a haste to commit her to earth? We're they under some kind of external pressure to bury some details that possibly a close examination of the deceased body could reveal? Don't tell me they want to just lay her to rest so they can forget about the pains of losing her in the most gruesome way. No I do not want to believe that. David's investigative journal, though inconclusive, yet still points to possible angles that could further be investigated to avoid probable abortion of Justice.

I think David Hundenyin’s report, though not 100% accurate, has a lot of truth in it, so they hurriedly came up with this script where the culprit agrees to general facts like knowing Kufre Effiong, but saying nothing sensible that would give any lead to the public.

Our social media investigators should apply more pressure.

God bless u my dear

Like i said, your point is baseless and highly irrelevant, its a case of murder & rape even the culprit has admitted, that leaves no room for doubt.
You are just bin silly, you are playing @ zero logic , did you know she was 1st buried by the culprit before she was dug out ... what evidence or print could av bin left besides in naija young corpse are buried asap so whats different now. he was hit with iron on the head buh no swollen no cut.
There is definitely a bigger crime in all of these known to the police they're trying so far to cover up buh ogun will kill dem one by one.

I do believe he killed her, I just don’t believe the father was involved or the sister, or cousin or that there’s a grand scheme for organ smuggling or rituals and the rest. It’s possible he’s a serial killer though but let’s work with evidences rather than assumptions

Well, we're both assuming here but mine was based on the video evidence I saw.

The Nigeria government don't have the system to help us do the needful and they're the one that put us in this position of assumption. The data is there but ....

Did you really read my write up before calling me silly and illogical? I seemed to corroborate your assertion that there is certainly a bigger crime in all of this saga. But you just hurriedly ran through my thoughts and then called me silly. So for what are you insulting me actually? Are you like this offline? You haven't seen not met me and you sit behind your keypads to call me silly. Thank you. I still corroborate your story that there is a bigger crime behind all of this.
