It is a fact and not debatable that James made a reckless and moronic eye of the needle pass into an overloaded midfield.

It is a fact and not debatable that Jorginho messed up by not closing his man down, instead he was asking the last man to step out into midfield to stop Tielemans.

It is debatable and indeed has been debated here just how saveable that shot was. Some keepers might save and others might not, without blame.
A better keeper MIGHT have saved that shot but the egregious mistakes were made by the 2 outfielders.
