@AKANLE2 ,the letter is real and VO can say that failure to provide the listed documents will lead to a refusal. If the applicant should provide the listed documents before the deadline, the probability of getting the visa is 99%. I was once in his shoe in 2019 when I apply for a Visitor visa. AKANLE2: |

EmeeNaka: I believe they are about to approve this application but the only thing stopping them is those documents....thank God he/she wasn’t rejected instantly......but the 15days time frame is too short. Maybe the applicant is also a self sponsor 1 Like |

RoyalDukeDon:That's literally the only reason for 1st refusal. Did you actually see the part I highlighted at the bottom? "Not enough finance proof (only payed GIC and tuition)"For better context, he paid 2 semesters tution fee and GIC and yet he was refused because financial proof wasn't enough. |

Jeff5gold: If you read the applicant's concerns, you will understand that this is a very dicey situation. Applicant has not paid full tuition fee. He is expected to do that in 15 days. Applicant has no receipt of rented accommodation in Canada. He is expected to rent a place in 15 days. Applicant's salary account is empty. Perhaps, there's a good explanation for this, but hopefully it's a very good one. These are concerns for the Applicant, and he needs guidance on how to go about them. (Could it be that applicant made some claims in his SOP that may have come to bite him?) I really pray he figures out a way to resolve the pending issues. 2 Likes |

Jeff5gold: Not sure, although it could be the case (as I did not read the SOP). But based on what I infer from his explanation, he omitted a vital document that provoked further curiosity from the VO. As a self-sponsor, one must show not only sufficient funds, but proof of sources of funds, their inflows and outflows, etc... He omitted his payslips (and judging by the additional request for employment letter, his employment letter too), but he can resolve that. The VO launched the three-fold demands because he has concerns about his source of income. The whole accommodation and tuition ish would have been avoided if, from the start, he had included his payslips and a very good explanation for why money is constantly moved from his salary account to another personal account. (He didn't submit his salary account). Submitting his salary account from the start, along with his personal account, would have allayed possible suspicions, since the VO would be able to study both bank statements and come to an understanding that moneys were indeed transferred from one account to the other. It is quite possible that the VO has doubts that the applicant is truly working for the company stated and earns salaries from the company. I want to believe the applicant is telling the truth. Therefore, with all necessary documents, it can be rectified But he has a good lawyer (since he is a licensed immigration lawyer, I want to believe). So I'm sure he's in safe hands. As an adviser, however, I think your lawyer has done a poor job so far. Some documents are very imperative when it comes to Visa application, and your advisor committed a grave oversight. (Which brings me to the question: Can a licensed immigration lawyer be this inept, or is there something you are not saying?) Either way, my prayers are with you. I wish for you the very best experiences in life, just as much as I wish for myself. 13 Likes 3 Shares |

Omo, This is new to me oooooo, how I wish @justmellow @Frankrobbn @Lekiboboe are here to chip in some vital points on this. I feel this demands has a strong connection with your SOP (claims therein) and documentation. How is it possible to get payment sorted in 15 days? Plenty what if What if the school doesn't have a refund policy? What if the Form A isn't treated within 15 days? What if school doesn't acknowledge payment with 15days? What if you arrange for apartment via someone over there and boom you get scammed? What if the apartment you find isn't even suitable for you (location to school, stores, bus station etc)? What is the terms and condition of the landlord/lady doesn't seat well with you? This is the perfect illustration of between the devil and deep blue sea. PPR right within your reach yet looking like an insurmountable task. I just hope what you claimed in your SOP as regards income and work experience matches your salary account and your employment letter. I wish you all the luck that's on offer ATM, I'm rooting for you boss. It will end in praise peruxie: |
