Hello my people o! Abeg help me with this puzzle. I applied for study visa on May 15th but yesterday evening I got an provincial NOI from the same province I got admission.

So, i'm about to do upfront medicals and biometrics (as required for study permit) on Thurday which also requires updating the study visa application once done.

1. Should I update the SV application with the medicals and Biometrics once done?
2. Will the study visa application affect my chances of federal ITA or conflict it in any way?
3. If YES, Should I withdraw my study visa application now and wait for federal ITA?

I'm following avidly as I have just 1 day to medicals.

I heard dual intent isn't a crime. Google " Canada visa dual intents "

Good morning gurus in the house. Please is it possible for someone to submit a cooperatives fix deposit of 10m for one month statement and a regular account with six month, which will be carrying the inflow and outflow of daily transaction. That's is, two different statements in my name. But the one carry the major money is just 1 month statement while the other one will just carry little ,lets say like 3m but will carry huge inflow and outflow . Can this fly?

Chairman.. I don't think u can use that of 10m and if u want to make use of it... It has to be in ur account for 6mont before u apply.. for the 3m. It's cool

You can submit all your Statements. They're yours. The only thing is that the more the documents, the more the time it will take to fully vet them and questions may arise. So look at it very well

Can I upload a regular bank statement? Since getting a mybankstatement certificate from first bank is an issue.

Any ideas?

Yes... But if you were requested to submit after getting NSE, you can attach a letter to explain why its a bank statement you are uploading and not the MBS
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by ritzzybaron: 9:59am On May 19, 2021
Have you been able to view your result? When did you take it? Did you use IDP or BC?

Hello House,

Please, I need your suggestions. I studied Food Science and Technology at My Undergraduate level. I want to migrate to Canada to Study IT related course in my Masters Degree. What is the possibility of gaining admission? Since it is a different career path altogether. However, since I left school in 2015, I have been working as a Freelancer online. What are my chances of gaining admission as a self-sponsored candidate? What could be the project cost of getting a postgraduate degree in Canada or suggestions for courses that will increase my chances of migration?

Thanks.

My question is related to bank statement.

So a UK bank statement will be used by the sponsor.
Can the regular monthly statements for the past 6months be used or does sponsor need to go to the bank to request a statement?

Guys I was sent this today...how can I tackle the 3rd part as there is no way I can pay the full tuition and accommodation when I am not guaranteed an approval.
Also, my salary account is always empty as the statement is being asked for.

VOs may request for additional information or documents while processing your application. In all the cases i know of, if you provide the required documents and it corroborates your application, you will receive ppr in a very short time. The VO wants you/ your sponsor to demonstrate your/his full financial commitment and wants an evidence of your employment. It’s quite simple in my own opinion.

The regular monthly statement is sufficient. I would only advise going to the bank if a lot of time has elapsed between the period of the last statement and your application date. I think 2 weeks validity is the standard.

I submitted all NSE requirements when applying for my friend from Canada in May 1st. Her application seems really fast.

Application submitted: May 1st
Review of Eligibility: May 14th
Medical Passed: May 19th
BVL: May 19th.

She is a second time applicant because she used agent in her first application after which I see the agent scammed her and the parents.

BEWARE OF AGENTS PLEASE!!!!

Good morning everyone,
I got an admission offer without IELTS as the university has an IELTS waiver for Nigeria inasmuch as you’ve got a good standing in English in WAEC, and I have gone for biometrics in Lagos center over 4 weeks ago. Thing is, I’m yet to hear from embassy, no emails nor calls and I’m just wondering if this is normal and how long more I’ll need to wait to hear from the embassy.
Secondly, does the IELTS limit my chances?
Thirdly, is there a way I can track my visa application?
Finally, I plan to take a professional course before leaving, I’ll love suggestions On what professional certifications to consider as a civil engineer practicing in Canada

Hey, I’m replying from Canada! Go ahead with your application. It doesn’t affect any of your application as they are separate application. Besides, dual intent is allowed by Canada, you can read more on the dual intent on CIC website so you can be calm with my advise. Goodluck

It's quite fast but BVL doesn't mean approval. All the best.

Yes I know. I undergone all that before in 2019. Lol but it’s evident that decision has been made.

During my time, I got medical passes and BVL at same time. And approval follow afterwards.

@justwise is a witness to I and Blessing situation.

All the best to other applicants still waiting.

Send it via a webform please. There’s no need to wait. Give IRCC every supporting document you can lay your hands on, so you don’t delay yourself. smiley

Last night I sent both webform and email to Nairobi office and Lagos office as well.

Just got an email from Lagos office that my receipt has been updated. I guess Lagos is now handling online applications.

Hello everyone,
Please I need response on a question in form 5257...

Did you serve in any military, militia, or civil defence unit or serve in a security organization or police force( including non-obligatory national service, reserve or volunteer units?)
Can this be likened to by NYSC?
Thanks
