What challenge are you having? Check the mail they first sent to you, the process for funding is there. NYCnextStop: |

NYCnextStop: First of all, hope you are aware that Stanbic have changed the receiving accounts for their mutual funds? If you have been operating with them for upto a year, just check your email inbox for the message from them from December, 2020 to January, 2021. If that is not your problem, then you have to check your means of funding again. What I do with them is fund transfer from my mobile app and it has been smooth. |

skydiver01: The oil majors have been selling their onshore and shallow water assets even before the current wahala in Naija. Nobody wants to be dealing with the wahala involved in owning assets that any small thing militants will bomb and attack or be stealing your oil. Better for locals to deal with that issue as they know these communities and militants better. I know for a fact Chevron and Total sold some onshore assets long before this news. Infact, the OML 17 that Total sold to Tony is an onshore asset. And Chevron I think sold one to Dangote. It is when the oil majors start selling their lucrative deep water assets that you will know there is wahala. I doubt that this will happen anytime soon. 4 Likes |

Lol. It's a bad day for crypto. So it's possible that the guy's 50k has turned to 16k. But trust me na newbie go they cry like this. People like OgororoFreak that bought BTC less than $10k will not be crying because it dropped from $55k to $35k. 7 Likes |

It's not a joke, that's what's happening in the crypto space since the last 48 hours. Personally I lost more than N300k in the value drop of my crypto asset as I sold to cut my losses. Cryto will test your patient and fear of the unknown will stretch you beyond limits. Imagine working from Jan to Dec to earn N5m and then you put the N5m in crypto after 12 hours the N5m goes down to N4.5m, before you could grab a bottle of beer from the fridge to calm your nerves it drops further to N3.5m. What do you do at this point? Do you watch the screen as your N3.5m depreciates further hoping it goes back up in future risking further drop to as low as N1m? Do you just sell off and keep the remaining N3.5m? emmanuelewumi: 2 Likes |

There's no much fuss here though. Most of the proper coins only did 10-24% down. Even company stocks go down this range and nothing happens. The current crypto dip is a combination of Elon/Tesla series of tweets and China news. A good time to buy more if you ask me. 2 Likes |

In all Investments, it is good to consider the risks and the returns. Nothing should come as a surprise to an investor. Capital appreciation and capital erosion should not surprise true investors, the reason why diversification, multiple streams of income and cash flow from Investments are usually emphasised 3 Likes

Tobex4realTobex234: Buy more when people are having high blood pressure. You can buy more if you have other cash flow generating Investments, but not with people who invested their life savings and took a loan in order to make more money

afroxyz: A lot of stocks are driven by speculation and no fundamentals to support them. If you are a value investor, you will avoid such stocks no matter the growths story. Tesla used to have a PE of 1000, I can only buy it if the average earned growth for the past 3 years is over 1000% 1 Like |

emmanuelewumi: Very true. But those speculative stocks have underperformed so far this year. This decline in the market for the last 2 weeks has been broad based due to inflation fears |

Sailor1: I remember this post from a while back.... Today 3 months after, bitc0in nicely hit 30k.... Of course, the narratives are numerous and the FUD (fear, uncertainty and doubt) is everywhere... For those who have waited to get into bitc0in, this might represent an opportunity, for those who believe, it'd eventually go to zero, again I say no worries. |

The inflation broadbased market price action is unrelated to the bitcoin or cryptocurrencies market price movements. Cash generating equities (companies) have intrinsic values. Cryptocurrencies do not. I maintain within 5 years they will not exist. Digital currencies may very well exist but cryptocurrencies will not exist LEGALLY. afroxyz: |

emmanuelewumi: Why will anyone invest their life savings in crypto or even any investment of similar risks whatsoever? Always diversify!! As crypto wounded me today, I checked my eurobonds, mutual funds and stocks to confirm that my overall portfolio didn't receive any hit. I don't have more than 20% of my total investment in crypto. And 10% of this is in stable coins. 1 Share
