Okay. I plan on going their firstly for my masters and then start hustling.
My Uncle has been there for over 20 years if not 30 sef and he is the one willing to sponsor me.
I am 26. And I am ready to begin the processing immediately.

What you need is a study permit, it enables you to study and work minimum of 20 hours a week. That is you are studying and earning at the same time. You also have an advantage since you already have someone that could stand as a sponsor. However, you will need someone to prep you and guide you on this. this is 2021 not 2010 or 1999. You cannot just to embassy and think they will give you visa. The available options are student visa or work visa( for those with needed skills like IT, nursing etc). No one will give you visiting visa as they know you want to japa. Make una grow up
