Why are you always putting these people down, how much you get for account sef. You're obviously a menial worker with little education in the US, you can't even spell.

Uber rental is the only hustle your dead brain can carry but you come here to demean hardworking people who prolly would be your bosses if not for exchange rate.

- He doesn’t even own the cars , his uncle had to give him to manager since he couldn’t finish school according to Thevisit , Timilehing and radautoworks

The answer is NO....it is illegal .....but people do change their engine of their car .. For example I might have damaged my car engine . And than decided to get another engine with low miles .. .. You are allowed to do that...

So the replacement engine might have low miles e.g. 120k miles .. But the old engine u replace has 200k miles .. Basically the body of the car is 200k miles. So you just snapping the mileage of the car is no use ....

You need to a vin number of the car to really to give you an idea the true mileage of the car or history report of the car ........

Without a vin# or history report don't snap any mileage for us ......No more talk

The answer is YES
American car dealers cannot roll mileage on Nigerians. SMH. Everything about Nigeria is bad.

I had to reflect and realized you have not changed see how she described you then and somebody else saying same today.

But that means VIN too is irrelevant when engine has been changed because vehicle history reports pick mileage on the dash while new engine in the car may have a far less actual mileage.

Also, mileage can be rolled back from overseas o.

The idiot was bragging about having low mileage etc.. It seems the 2007 camry he bought 2 years had only 75k miles on it ..... He should give us the Vin# so that we can look at the history of the car .. The title too at least we can tell how many owners own the car

Anything is possible ... Never say never .. But rolling back mileage of cars is illegal and criminal offence.. It is not common thing. You can go to jail for it ....this is it why it is important to get a car fax report of the car .....
