Stevosty: That is where many of you get it wrong. Forget Lagos, why dont you compare Edo with other similar state who also dont have much IGR like Lagos? A good administrator creates wealth. Lagos wealth was created as this was how Lagos was some year back. Obaseki is a failure. Let him create wealth after all he managed to get some money for his party of Tax collector before election. When Oshiomole was shouting that the man is not fit to govern, the mumus were busy shouting "Edo no be Lagos". Hahahahahaha 11 Likes |

ThompsonJoo:Oshiomole greed caused this... they already have AAU as state university, a state polytechnic and college of education while building another state university in ur village when u can use the money to modernise the already existing one...how will the state govt able to manage these 2 universities. Modified Part of the problem he had with obaseki..cos obaseki refused to sell one of the university to him at a subsidised rate 1 Like |

WHAT IS EDO STATE GENERATING AS A STATE? They are clamouring for salaries where the source of money is unpredicatable. Edo state is a poor state not like Delta state, Rivers, state, Akwa Ibom state. Most of the Edo indigenes survives on wired money from their relations in EU countries like Italy, Germany and some that are based in Canada and America. The few allocations that comes from the federal government is not enough to even tar road. That was the money Oshiomole and his political thugs were fighting governor Obaseki for before the crisis went out of control and subsequently consumed Oshiomole. |

Stevosty: Why una come dey cry, state that accepted the ruling of TINUBU has no 13% derivation and still they are thriving well.. Even poor Osun is getting it right on good rise.. How Tinubu skyrocketed the IGR of Lagos and serviced the state for 4years without allocation is worth bowing for.. Check Tinubu record when he working with deloite as chief accountant as he was giving the accordance of highly cerebral financial expert. That same man is telling u about governance and all u people can do is to shout Edo no be Lagos. How daft.. Faji bro.. Same thing OYO is currently facing with the weakening Makinde.. Bunch of emotional illogical beings. No to godfatherism kee u there.. Currently Edo can't withstand Ondo State , is that no insulting?? Obaseki was zero in first tenure, Aketi with meagre allocation did wonders, as far as Edo is concern Oshomole remain a simbol of work while he was the then governor, same man is pointing direction I people taunted him .. Make una faji biko.. Same thing the Rivers emperor is cluelessly doing. 7 Likes 1 Share |

wink2015: I wish not to quote your comment but hey you seems not be current as it were, Listen, Edo state is among Niger Delta states, that collect oil derivatives apart from federal government apart from the monthly FAAC. For your information this same Obaseki appropriate almost one billion naira as security votes every month apart from the huge among he used to sort PDP in the last election. So on and so forth. So please stop the narrative of no money bla bla bla. 5 Likes 1 Share |
