I've always wanted to ask the above question. I am a very quiet person, an introvert, but in my head, I talk every seconds like a real talkative. From reasoning to prediction to past events, it keeps rotating.

Does this happen to you too, or its just me.
If it's just me, how bad is it to my health?

Well, for a common Nigerian living in Nigeria coupled with these recent happenings it’s 48 hours of the day. Am I mad?

So what goes on in your head when you go mute in there... I dunno the feelings..

I have always been like that. There is always some idea or some conversation going on right inside my head. That's just my mind being active. I see nothing wrong with it and I am also aware of the fact that y here are several others out there who are just like me- serene on the exterior but bubbly and energetic below the surface like a boiling cauldron.

I have absolutely no way of controlling it but I am fairly compos mentis.

So, don't let anybody try to convince you that you have lost your mind. Well, at least for now.

I’m exactly like you. Only time I don’t talk in my head is when I’m deep asleep .

I do it too. Like every time even when am about to sleep.

I think it is normal, too much of it is not good though.

Just try to focus all of your thoughts on positive progress and try backing up with actions. Say a prayer from your heart, have a little faith and see yourself edging towards your goals as each day passes by.
This is not a bad situation. But just don't say your thoughts out aloud for anyone around you to hear.

I'm an introvert. I do it too but most times mine is prayers. Sometimes I do voice recordings or videos too.

I see it as a way of feeling yourself.
