I was at the pharmacy to get prenatal drugs then explained how I was feeling and the pharmacist advised I bought the progesterone. I felt when I take a little rest and see the Dr then I will buy. I regret not buying it. She advised I buy the insertion one.

I have ran hormone profile test and HSG with so many pelvic scan for ovulation tracking and all came out good and hubby's SFA is also good, All the test conducted in a teaching Hospital but wish to confirm the result else where and if there is any other thing I needed to do. You will need to check with your doctor about the clumps. (I used to have that prior to my Myomectomy)
Was the fibroids you removed in 2017 symptomatic and where they all removed? Scan says you have fibroids, intramural, and that may be the cause of the clumps.

Doctors will always says no pregnant there since they can't confirm through test and scan...It was only in March test showed positive but since then its always negative..She has not menstruated since then but the blood always thick when she is bleeding..

I think she already miscarried that. You should go for another scan to be sure there isn't any conception residue left. You can try again once she stops bleeding and feel up to it.

God is on your case. Just put yourself together and try again. Make sure you have your progesterone suppositories available. God will hear our cries.

Sperm parameters are good.
142Million count, 70% motility, 60%morphology but there's staph infection
