Good day house, the NOC code 6551 falls under type c which is not acceptable for express entry, which other job title can substitute for bank teller that falls under type 0, A or B.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for your usual advice.

Yesterday, I got an invitation to submit an application for Occupations In‐Demand in SINP. I was not expecting it. I had my IELTS exam on April 17 and submitted my application on May 1.

What is the difference between EE and OID? I read that it is different from EE, slower and take a longer time. While I was filling my application I thought occupations In-Demand has more priority, now I know I was wrong. Should I cancel and register for EE or it is possible to register for both? My score is 66 by the way.

At the moment, I have less than a million in my account. Can I pay the remaining funds as gifts or sale of properties?

I just found out via webform my file has been moved from Ottawa to Accra. The medical update on my profile is still mine.

Oyetunde10:
Oh wow, yes I was able to confirm my VO is still Ottawa. What's yours?

I managed to finally get through to them via calling last week. They confirmed they've received medicals but the person was telling me he cant help process biometrics, that the responsible office will handle it. It's just been an unusually long waiting time for biometrics of all things.

For your spouse, I'm sure he or she passed medicals or they've received it, because I didn't get the usual med passed notification on my profile, it just changed to 'you do not need a medical exam'

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 10 by phantasma: 9:24pm On May 26, 2021
Just be patient. Mine took 2 months before appearing on my profile (same Ottawa VO then). All the best!

larrypha:

A month has passed since I sent a webform to add my new baby, it still hasn't appeared on my profile. I did the medicals and sent, still nothing.

I'm tired.

My VO is Ottawa

no gift deed allowed for sinp, you must have the complete money in your account for 3 months and you have 60 days left to submit. So you have to forfeit the invite

Good day family. My colleague at work is 37 years. He is married. The wife is in 35years old.

Just that he has been able to raise pof for one applicant .

That justed to ask if he can apply alone for siNp. Then when he travels to Canada after nominations. He can do spousal sponsorship to bring his wife and kids when he gets pr in the province.

Please are you saying he should have gotten the money in his accounts some months before sinp nominated him?

My second question is, can't he rally round for the money before 60days reach? Bec he didn't know he will get invitation to apply asap.......

Unlike me that's 67 and still not seeing invite from sinp yet

Its clearly stated there that funds must have been maintained in the account 3 month before Application is sent. Even if the application is sent on the 60th day, thats less than 3 months.

Please do not waste money on tutors, there are enough practice materials online and free tutoring on Youtube. With those, all he needs to do is to practice questions and watch YouTube videos. The only cost is just for data

I will advise you to do the change of your surname which will not take more than 5 working days. Second, Do you a Masters Degree and who is the principal applicant?

You can check this link for all the Certificate or Degrees you need for Canada Immigration: https://www.nairaland.com/6571743/all-certificate-degree-seekers-canada#102077952
Thank you but i don't have a master's degree and i am the principal applicant because of the age factor

there is no requirement anywhere for a married woman to change her name its a thing of choice. For the points grid check mpnp website to see the make up of the points and look at ways you can improve scores.
Thank you for this but to be double sure, are you saying i can decide to not change my name all through the pr application without raising concerns? It was never my intention to change my surname to my husband's,i initially thought it would be compulsory for the process as a "Mr and Mrs thing" since they want a proof for everything

Please ask your colleague to read and digest the first post of this thread.

SINP eventually flows into the Federal Skilled Workers Program FSW. Unless he is doing a SINP that is totally unrelated to FSW (I don't know if that exists).

See below about FSW POF....so long as he has a spouse and children, he needs to provide money for them EVEN IF he is planning to travel alone (i.e. even if they are not going with him now).

Men and women change their names for reasons other than marriage.

Marriage certificate is the proof of marriage (this is what IRCC asks for), not having the same surname as your partner.

Also check page 1 for full details of the whole program especially this document checklist, that way you will be certain of what you need and not be swayed by what we say here:

If i were in your shoes, i would change my name officially since i am claiming married. Someone on this thread(pg 573 or so) got a procedural fairness issues cos IRCC wants prove that she is actually married inspite of her provideing relevant doc.Change your names, provide one and same person document so u can close your 2 eyes and sleep as u dont know the VO that will work on ur application.

Good day house.... always come here for closure in the midst of the plenty waiting lol...
MEANWHILE, please would like to know if we would need to submit another letter from the bank for pof when adding a new born if the pof submitted in our application covers for the new dependent as well. Thanks for your responses.
