Buh bros with this ur screenshot, for ur acceptance rate and completion rate to be at 100% with the hours u've spent, I doubt u'll be shuffling or filtering trips... U'll be going everywhere even bad and potopoto roads, na ur car I pity pass undecided

Bros dis is where experience come to play.
I accept all rides but don’t go on all rides and I hardly cancel. Had 103 request last week but completed 56. It’s only when u allow ur request ring out without accepting dt ur activity rate will drop.

Sometimes it's a good idea to allow the request ring out so you can be available to pick another request immediately rather than waiting for minutes to cancel or hoping the rider does.

Mr. Customer service, this is not abroad where you walk into the house with shoes on and even sleep on the bed with shoes on, here in Nigeria courtesy demands you take off your shoes when you see that a house you're going into has a rug on the floor okay.

In the aspect of car, how will a normal grown up person see a neat and well painted car pulled over to pick you up and you enter with you muddy legs without dusting it? Are you a kids? Dont you jave sense?
Some of them will still step on the rug even when they know a carpet is there, isnt that wickedness? On a N500 trip, do you know how much it takes to watch a car?

People like you have entitlement mentality and heaven will be far from people lile you because you cant enter with those dirty legs and minds.

Repent!

Your illustrations do not follow. For a house, there is a rug, to dust your feet. Where do you want a rider to dust his feet before entering yout vehicle? or does the app state that riders shouldn't order a ride when their feet is dusty? It is what it is...there are good days and there are rainy days, so it is our duty to find a way around it and not that of the rider, except for riders who would intentionally place their muddy feet on the rug instead of the carpet, your argument does not hold water.

Someone was fast enough to think outside the box and provided a solution in form of placing papers on the floor before picking up riders, which should go a long way in reducing the mud or dust as the case may be.

Stop acting like you are doing riders a favour by driving on the plaform, I quite agree there are excess that are to be curbed but this is not one of it.

Hmmm.....discretion is the key. Well explained. Thank you.

kanuisagoat:

Pearl1910 has done justice to your question but let me also add that, in this work, nothing is black and white. You will just have to apply discretion.

Say I'm on a trip and the rider wants to make a stop and I know that should I refuse and end the trip, I'll find it difficult to get another. I'll simply allow them make the stop and tell them not to take time.

Yesterday I waited for a rider at PU for about 17 minutes. This was unlike me but the destination made sense and I already saw three other drivers in a street not up to 1km. And the funny thing? In that 17 minutes I waited, none of them got a request.

What were my chances of getting a better trip if I cancelled that one because the rider took much time? These are things experience teaches you. You know when to make stops, when to refuse stops, what trips to take, the ones to cancel, e.t.c

I feel bolt will know where (location) you cancel any trip. For example if you pick rider at bus stops instead of her house the trip will show start from bus stop to end point.
I try as much as possible to stay close before I cancel before they will wake up one day and audit canceled trips

Good morning guys, please i need a car to work with on rental bases.

Please if you do have or know anyone that wants to drop his/her own, please link me up.

I reside in Obawole Ogba Lagos, and i have an active bolt account.

Here is my Whatsapp num - 07039544844

Thank you and God bless...

Bros sorry to pokenoise oh but are you aware that the area you reside has the highest numbers of drivers and car owners on uber in Lagos State?

Some guys DM me late last year insearch for a car on rental and i gave them advice on how to go abt it since I was not having any at my disposal at the time, few days after two(2) among them came back with thanks rejoicing, one got a Camry (muscle) the other a corolla.

Permit me to share one of the main hint I gave them, you know I really don't like giving people advice anymore because I found out I'm only wasting my time spending time talking/advising adults who end ls up doing what they like and i ask, why then did you cime to me for advice in the first place? But for the sake of you and many who have been contacting me both on WhatsApp and email I'll do this one last time.

Identify potential men, guys into the job in your area/neighbourhood, walk up to them and tell them what you want then see how things go.

Do search on Twitter, facebook, WhatsApp group and talk to people in your church/mosque, you can even talk to your clergymen. Most times they get good contact that always end well. A close friend got N1.5m trx to his account from his father's sister in Catholic church, the woman lives in ph she didn't see this guy one day till he finished paying his hp.

There's nothing greater than referral, if somebody of great value refers you for a job be rest assured, power of referral through divine favour and connection. The woman still bought another car and asked this my friend to get her a driver (trust has be established).

You may have tried one or two of these methods and it asn't produced good result but keep pressing and keep working on your integrity a time and opportunity will come soon.

By the way, where is coker007? Does any has his contact or have heard from him its been ages he posted here after getting a car on rental I hope he's great where ever he is.
