How can I prove that a goya oil produced in Oshodi that I invoke some words of prayers on can heal the sick? Does it work? Yes, some people have shared testimonies. Does it work all the time? No. Because it does not work all the time, that's why we can't live our lives solely on spirituality.

Well, it's possible.
The method researchers use to try to prove a drug is effective or not.
Here is a hypothetical example.
Have a few willing participants. Split them into two groups. One is a control group and the other is the test group.
Give the Goya oil to the test group, and give another oil to the control group, but tell them it's the Goya oil.
Have them use it for a give period of time.

And see if the group that used the Goya oil is feeling better, or more healthy than the other group at the end of the period. With this you can definitively prove the effectiveness of your goya oil, and if there is no difference, then the perceived effective of the oil was just a placebo.

Other people around the country/world could repeat the study and see if they can replicate your result.

The result is not always consistent. So, it can be proved. I may anoint everyone that gets sick today with goya oil and all of them get healed. If there is a reoccurrence on the same set of people the following year, I may apply the same thing and get zero results.

On another note. People have believed and used Olive oil for healing and it's healthy properties for centuries. So there is some merit here.
