My body just dey pepper me since, didn't drive thru out April. Just the small hustle I hustle this month my car just wan give me Hbp. Spent almost 40k on Alternator, plugs and exhaust net last 2 weeks. Worked last weekend, I say make i warm my car this morning. Check engine light show. My mind skip.
Scanned it and it showed error code p0138 high voltage bank 1 sensor 2 and P0606 ECM/PCM processor error. I know say that one na brainbox wahala. Went to my mechanic to check it for me. The RPM was really low. I got the model of brainbox from mech. The car kind of went back to normal after it was put back, managed to drive it home and park. The car can't start anymore right now though. I noticed that when I start the ignition I don't hear the fuel pump anymore. It's 2.4l 2005 Camry. Any ideas on brain box price my people? It mite not be brain box. I'm not a mechanic and I'm not trying to dissuade you. Get other rewire and mechanic opinions on the issue.

Let me share my experience with car repairs two weeks back....... Coming

That ECM/PCM is actually the brain box had to do my own research before going to the rewire to check possible faults, symptoms and solution though

Just talk to who ever you're giving your car to like a brother, make them see reasons why it benefits the both of you if car have to spend less time atbthe workshop, complains are not that bad but don't make it become nagging.

You too try to also understand lagos is a commercialize city and any car that's on the road on a daily basis should/will encounter some dents, scratches or hit and run incidence at some points so you have to be patient and ignore some things.

Though driving is about carefulness and understanding, by God's grace for over 16yrs of driving the only time I hit a car was when I was using dru23's car along college rd and I was left with no choice because the guy double crossed me at a close range.

Twice my side mirror had been hit and scattered, 1st was on my 1st day of driving grin
2nd was last yr in VI by one yeye korope on traffic the idiot did one way hit scattered my morrow japa grin

Other two cases I was parked and a drunkard ran into my car while the other was still with the civic where a trailer hit me on traffic.

To the glory of God those are the only accidents and non will happen again because lessons where learnt from them all.

So what im trying to say is, even if you no hit person person go hit you but with God on your side and you always following Gid it will be minimal or even absent self.

Did you buy the car tok? Or 9ja used? Or Tok but have been used privately?

Which of thses?

If 9ja used probably the former owner saw all of these problems coming so he quickly sold out to you and you now inherited them.

If tok, all of those issues have been underlay since waiting for the right time to manifest.

This is the reason I'll always pick the corolla b4 any other car for ehailing because it can sustain injury and still work "managory".

As a matter of fact, camry (big daddy) for ehailing should be rated among the worst cars to use on ehailing but only a few veterans know this facts. The civic 06-08 model is far ahead of the biggy self let alone the 03-05 model.

The only thing good about the car is its space,( good for family picnic because it can carry lots of things). but apart from that? No wonder call it big4nothung.
