Freedom of Speech.. grin grin But Buhari tweet was deleted?

Anyway, the Federal Govt. is no way hindering freedom of speech...We still have Facebook, Nairaland, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, crowwe etc..

FG only banned one platform where irresponsible speech capable of wrecking havoc to the corporate existence Nigeria is permitted and that is Twitter...

God Bless Nigeria..

If Twitter could ban Trump d president of d US where Twitter is headquartered, why does buhari think he is so important that his tweet can't be and should be deleted? is buhari not already a bigger threat to nigerias corporate existence than Twitter?

They pick and chose freedom of speech when it suits them and their agenda.

It was freedom of speech when terrorists sit on Twitter all day vowing to destroy Nigeria, kill Nigerians and Nigerian troops.

I guess Trump didn't have freedom of speech in America the land of freedom of speech and where the people inside the American Mission that issued this statement came from.

...but again, I quoted this ipob by mistake..

Not if he is inciting violence on a section of his populace..

He is not..

If he wants to say everything that's on his mind..

He should first resign and become a private citizen..

Not to be argumentative but our freedom of speech in the USA has certain limited limitations.

For example you can’t yell fire in a theater if there’s no fire.

I come in peace.

The US Embassy in Nigeria ought to have conveyed to the US Congress the facts about the impossibility of Nigeria continuing to remain one country, given the locations and the populations of the three largest ethnic groups in Nigeria.

Let there be a UN - sponsored REFERENDUM on Nigeria, or in areas campaigning to secede from Nigeria. The US cannot afford to watch and wait till another genocide starts to take place in Nigeria.

Northern 12 sharia states since adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal laws and thus literally seceded from Nigeria but stick to the country because of lucre.
