Put yourself in the shoe of the VO of another schenghen country. You want to go to Germany, but you want to apply for your visa in Italy. If I am the VO, I will deny it because its fishy. If you are going for a conference in Germany then go through the German consulate.

Doesn't matter. Officially non-citizens in any country can apply for visa in their non-native country provided that they have their residence there. And it's always on the embassy checklist that non-citizens of the country where the embassy is, should be resident in the country which could mean three to six months of stay at least.

Y'll should leave her now. It's her money and she can do whatever she wants with it. You can't advise her to finish her studies wherever you think is better, she's an adult. Besides there are a thousand and one reasons to leave NL to Germany. If you have advise on her enquiry, kindly advise and if not, keep scrolling.

You can always get your money back. Maybe in two weeks, they will credit the account the transfer came from.

Be careful, read the terms and conditions very well make the thing no hook you.

To get something clear, when best is to start this whole process (admission letter, then embassy and so on) for summer/winter season respectively?

From what I've seen too, getting a scholarship is the option I have for a Cat A appointment. I don't mind trying for Cat B.

University of Europe for applied science.
Course: Business management and Data Science (B.Sc). I have a HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering tho. But they school only requested for WAEC result and Jamb.

I have provided all the documents they requested for but I have issue with my WACE Original result. I was robbed a couple of year's ago and the data of birth in my WACE is incorrect a year more than the correct data.

My question will that be an issue in the embassy.
I also have the same issue in my Jamb a month and a year than the actual date.

But my birth certificate, and passport has the accurate information.

Also will the embassy legalise photocopy of WAEC result attached with police report and court affidavit

They have neither sent me an admission test mail nor admission /rejection mail.
My worries is that many persons have received the admission test mail but I haven't, and non of my document is rejected. I have applied since 17th of April.

I applied for MPH I was shortlisted for a test through ProctorU for 26th of May but I couldn't connect so I had to mail them if they could reschedule. Since then my application status still remain the same

oh. from what i have read, i do not think they will reschedule your exam but let's be hopeful.
i think you should apply for the digital health informatics.... it is still somewhat related to health studies.
