I took mine in my area before going and they didnt have problem with that. U can take anywhere

If you go to a good photographer and tell them you want to use it for visa application at the German embassy, they'll know what to do. Veteran photographers know the specifications for each embassy.

There are many of them.
In fact asides those who go through uniassist, and those that ask you to send application documents by post. It's like all the schools I've seen are FREE (FREE- as in doesn't involve any cost)

You will just have to patiently search.

The visa application form says "The information on this page is also required if the persons concerned are remaining abroad" under the section that asks information about spouse, parent and children.

For people like myself that are travelling alone, do I need to fill this part.

I think they would observe the public holiday because it is coming from the FG. I am not sure. I hope that was the question you asked.

The embassy did not even honor the request from a Nigerian Senator to grant an interview for his son. No response still.

Yes, that's what I was asking, cos I have been booked for an appointment for certification of docs tomorrow.

There is no harm in going if you are in Lagos.

I don't know if they are issuing dates to category B..
But its funny to say they give appointment by luck..
Thats not possible, its either a yes or no or based on certain criteria . .....
A friend of mine got appointment in cat B.. and has been hiding alot of info from me..
I probably guess he worked it somehow...

Haha he didnt do anything. U can book today and get AD in a week. Some can book and won't get AD. In my case I booked and got AD in a week. A friend of mine booked and is over 1 month now still no AD. I also know a Cat B person that had his interview ending of May. And is not just Cat B that has AD issue. I know a Lady who is in Cat A she booked since last year didnt get AD until this June. Funny enough she didnt cancel (regardless of April being the time system is cleared)

If your place is far from the embassy, please don't bother wasting your transport fare and time. The embassy observes public holidays in Nigeria and Germany. So since tomorrow is public holiday here, they won't be open.
The reason you got a date for certifications of documents is because appointment booking for that category is automated and it's usually on Mondays.

Leave him,let him keep deceiving people here, I know what am saying, have gotten my visa already, base on the information I got ,no hope for category B,that was why I was trying to raise the motion of dragging this people online so they can attend to you guys, but the spirit here mehn is low,it quite unfortunate why we Nigerians don't like ourselves. It is well.
