I will suggest you start bd so you won't miss O
Try to ejaculate closer to the cervix and put pillow on the bum
Madam should lie down for 1hr lol
Pamper her very well so that the male sperm will win the race

Abstain until you confirm the egg is released. A transvaginal scan will show if the follicle has ruptured (ovulation) then you can fire down.

Well, you're not just trying for a baby but for a specific gender. The egg has to be waiting for the sperm to get a boy so you'd have to be sure the egg is already released and waiting before you introduce the sperm.. Its not a matter of if the eggs will be released but when...timing is paramount in gender selection.
If you BD before the egg is released, you'd most likely have a girl...im sure you've done your research already sha.

What are the other parameters of the sperm? Count, morphology etc....that'll help give a full picture.

In addition make sure you eat alkaline food and fruits that circle and before. Acidic vagy/honey pot can be very hostile to male/XY sperm. XY sperms strive more in an alkaline friendly environment. You both(mummy and daddy) should try and avoid acidic food and fruits.

Coq10, maca yes but Addyzoa, some mamas here said it did not help, even though it helped one or two here. I will say if that is what you have or what your doctor prescribed then go ahead.

Ofcos 93,100,000 million per ejaculation can impregnate a woman. From what I can you are okay. I believe you have those negative part because you waited that long before taking the test. Next time don't wait that long. Ask your doctor how long you should abstain before taking a test.

Make sure you are eating well/healthy, take Wellman original if you are not. No tight boxers or pant/heat. Give your instrument some breathing space. Free am abeg. No smoking, alcohol or using any drugs that's not prescribed by your doctor(Doing so can affect your sperm negatively).

I take God beg you,go do hormonal profile,if your progesterone level is low, meet your doctor for progesterone supplements. Leave stc alone

Theoretically, if you want a female you'd have to have sex before your ovulation and abstain after the egg drops.
So if you don't already know when in your cycle you ovulate, you can start tracking now.

I think it is the thickened lining of the uterus waiting for conception that shed as menses each month cycle. The unfertilzed egg get absorb one way or the other. Some women see their menses without ovulation or egg being released each month, what can you say about that..?

My gynae prescribed Letrozole for me as clomid gave me a cyst.
I don't have PCOS though.
I use it from day 2, 1 tab in the morning and 1 in the evening for 7 days.
When I track, I ovulate adequately with Letrozole.
I don't get symptoms of delayed period and illness like I do when I use clomid.
