My own opinion.

1: She can go for a PGD or MSC in Accounting , Finance or business related courses since she studied Education in Accounting.
Also the school must a DLI, in other for the student to be entitled for PGWP depending on the years of studies.

2: PGWP will determine the progress of her getting Permeant resident.
Scholarship in Canada is competitive ,It depends on the school, she might need GMAT OR GRE.

3: No cheap school in Canada. 3m will not be sufficient , that is about 7500 cad.
Every student is allowed to work for 20hrs a week. But the job will be paying minimum wage or little bit higher and that won't be sustainable to pay her school fee.

Hello everyone,I'm new in this section, I've been reading the helpful tips posted by members of this forum and I'm so elated by it,keep up the good work and help will come to you whenever you need it at any point in your life.

Please I need a good advice,I'm about to get married and I intend making it low key and travelling with my wife after the marriage through study route with my wife as the applicant

Here is our profile.
1.I am 28 years old, chartered accountant currently working with a state government, pay is around 120k
2.My fiancee is a graduate of accounting education, she was the best graduating student with first class honours and currently with the bank and she's 25 years old, that's why I think she stand the best chance to land the study permit and probably with a scholarship from the school.
*Please* my question is;

1.What course will she study that will grant us permanent resident after the duration of study?

2.Which of the Canadian schools that will not require GMAT and IELTS that will grant permanent residence easily and consider scholarship?

3. Which of the Canadian schools is relatively cheap and she can get work as she's studying as we don't have much to spend at the moment
Please N/B budget is #3m for fees and logistics
Please your candid advice will be appreciated.

To start with, i have HND in architecture.
However, even if not moving abroad, i dont intend to still practicing architecture.
If i may ask, is switching courses against any policy in the canada education entry path?
As for relation, i intend to come up with problem solving apps that aids architectural practices and site management.
Thanks.

Switching courses with your level of experience will need realistic explanation.

Do you have any experience or certifications in anything programming related?

That should give you a soft landing with your explanation.

Your budget of 3m is too small considering the fact that living expenses for a year alone is above 3m.
Her best bet is to look for a masters program that comes with funding that will cover her tuition and also stipends. Your 3m can then come in as emergency funds for flights and all.
Please wait for the gurus advise
