It has... its after your biometrics you will be issued an application number and uci number.. so without these two numbers, you cant even send a webform

I saw the uci and application number on my biometric instruction letter. I have read in this thread that after submitting your application you will be given the numbers.

Applied with NSE on Saturday and my eligibility started today.
I think you should send webforms and emails to Nairobi office twice every week.
