I doubt she will get a second chance at life. If she is convicted for 1st degree murder, she gets the death penalty. If 2nd or 3rd degree murder, she gets very lengthy jail time -between 25 to 50 years.

There was no struggle because she has no bruises, it has been reported Michael Ataga was an amateur boxer, he would have fought for his life even in a drunken or drug induced stupor and caused some damage to her if the story she said was plausible.

My theory was that he was either sleeping on the bed or knocked out by a roofie when she slit his throat twice and stabbed him in the stomach and watching him bleed to death before she made away with his ATM.Another angle is that the courier that brought the drugs is an accomplice and they both tortured him until he gave them his PIN number.

You just committed the same blunder again which I tried to address and if you had any modicum of comprehension in you, you would have realized that my comments where more of questions and more questions.

Now you have reached a conclusion based on what is been fed to you by all manner of sources but still failed to acknowledge that she deserves her day in court to determine the facts and not the jungle verdicts emanating from you and other sources.

Let the court establish all the facts which is my take in all of this and it seems you are a witness to all that happened since you make categorical assertions like an eye witness, therefore you also should be ducked at the witness box in court to come and narrate all you just wrote up there while on oath.

I believe in innocent until proven guilty beyond all reasonable doubts and not guilty until proven innocent which is what you subscribe to and peddling.
