.Delta State High Court sitting in Orerokpe on Thursday 1st July, 2021 has transferred *Suit No. HOR/25/2021: between Ogbueshi Anthony O. Eboka & APGA VS. Chief Jude Okey & 2 Ors* to the Chief Judge for re-assignment to another Judge.

The effort of the Oye faction to move the motion to extend the life of the interim order earlier obtained suffered a setback in view of the Motion challenging the territorial and subject matter jurisdiction of the Court to hear the matter.

The Judge in transferring the matter to the Chief Judge for personal reasons, ruled that the by virtue of _Order 39(7)(3) of the Delta State High Court Rules_, the earlier Exparte Order he granted had lapsed.

Victor Oye is currently holding an appeal court Ibadan judgement affirming him as the duly elected Apga chairman. I believe that is what Inec is holding on to maintain his recognition since there has not been a higher judgement to cancel that one.

It looks as if the governor is not in control of the state party structure.

So, who is APGA candidate now

I wonder why the two lawyers above stopped their 'court trial'...

I was enjoying their arguments... Well tailored and civil

Smh. These people will use conflicting court judgements to destroy their chances of keeping power in the state. We've seen it happen before in other instances. My advice is that Governor Obiano should call a meeting of the factions and use his influence as the only elected governor on the platform (and its defacto leader), to find ways to settle the differences, at least till after the upcoming election. Else, I see fire on the mountain.
