Well depending on the location u chose. If you selected Abeokuta, my advice is for you to go very early cause the first set of people they always attend to everyday are the backlogs (those that their capturing date have passed) and about interview and capturing I doubt if there is a difference since you've submitted your docs before now.

Please have you eventually received the reversal? I paid same day through SaanaPAY via Zenith app. Debit but no value, communicating with SaanaPAY has been frustrating. I've had to effect a reversal process as well.

I did the reversal through my bank, I was expecting my money back in my account. But I instead get a message from NIS late evening yesterday instructing me to proceed to Alausa passport office for capturing. I am awaiting to be capture now.
Saanapay instead of refunding my money, might have corrected the error, wish is okay by me considering the fact that if the money is refunded I will still pay it to NIS though directly through my bank. Saanapay delayed me for a week but it's well shaa, God knows best.

what kind of error? Some are able to be corrected by local immigration offices. Pls send an email to nis and they will let you know or ring them.

For those who have received their passport in the new passport regime, how did you know that your passport was available for collection? Did your status online change from "vetted" or did you receive notification from the concerned immigration branch. Make una help my life biko.

Ha!hmmm...Be ready for the waiting game.If he needs the passport urgently I'd advice he gets it done on time the other way (getting a contact in nimc)cos it takes months before the name drops.With the other way,within 2days the name will dropped

I just finished the fresh application of my passport at Ikoyi passport office. Submitted my documents and did capturing the same day.
I started the process by 8am and finished by 6:10 pm.

Did you start from the scratch at the passport office or you did the application online before going to their office?

After 6 months I finally got my passport today, don’t wait for message or anything just go there, drop your slip in the collection box at the entrance, they’ll call your name if it’s ready, and if it’s not they’ll return your slip and tell you why it is not ready

You are required to submit your passport after collection. This is to enable them activate it. Only for Lagos, Abuja and PH

I submitted my DIY documents at the Abeokuta office on Wednesday and I was asked to come for capturing by August 18th (6 weeks after).
