KEVIND:
Popular social media influencer and radio broadcaster Daddy Freeze has reacted to the absenteeism of top Nigerian Pastors at the funeral ceremony of late T. B. Joshua, who was the senior pastor and the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN).

Recall that the televangelist who passed away on 6th June was finally laid to rest on Friday 9th at his church in Ikotun Egbe, Lagos.

At the laying to rest of the late clergyman, many dignitaries, home and abroad were seen present at the funeral ceremony to pay their last respect to the one many referred to as a great philanthropist and kind-hearted man of God.

Daddy Freeze, who, like some other Nigerians on social media noticed the absence of some top pastors or founders, expressed his disappointment in the development, as he believes that the single display of such action at that moment showed there's lack of true love among some Christians.

Talking of how the relationship of Christians nowadays, should be among themselves, Daddy Freeze, who also said he was disappointed at how pastors could not even commensurate with the family of the late T. B Joshua said that as true Christians, every church should have at least sent a delegate to the funeral service, even if they wouldn't be attending.

Why should anyone be surprised.
Church is a business,..a very lucrative, but extremely competitive business.
Like every other business owners, Churchprenuers are not expected to show sympathy at the demise of their competition.

This is one of the major reasons our opposite religion has mocked the church this far.
And it's a plain act of Sowing bad seed among the Brethren!

I mean, what was his offense against the church?

Some of these pastors will attend the burials of their relatives etc. who are even ifa priests and the rest of them, but they will blindly boycott a fellow clergy man.

Pay the dead last respect! They deserve it!!

Dont you talk about the opposite religion. Look at the way Shiites are being persecuted in Nigeria in the first place.

T.B Joshua's death really exposed how empty and ignorant the average Nigerian Christian is. It made me realise that christianity in nigeria is a game of numbers not content. We have Christians in quantity not quality. Even the lowest level of the spirit of discernment doesn't exist in their lives, yet they move around with pride and pomposity, never willing to come of learning. To every genuine minister out there, this should be a wake up call. Teach your congregants life in the Spirit. Teach them how to grow in spiritual things. Enough with the prosperity messages. Teach them how you grew. When believers are taught spiritual matters especially how to operate in the gift of discernment, they will know how to differentiate true from truth. If they can't run against men, how will they run against horses; if they can't differentiate between false prophets and true prophets, how then will they differentiate between the antichrist and Christ? Forget the numbers, Christianity is indeed empty in Nigeria. I really feel burdened and I wish my burden will be shared by every genuine C hristian that walks by the Spirit.
May the light in you never grow dim. I have seen that most Christians take sensuality and a show of morality as the christ-like love we 've been asked to exhibit. Trying hard to display the fruit of the spirit without the Spirit himself is deception. Many have fallen for this deception, forgetting what psalm 10 says about the wicked.
9. He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his den:he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him into his net.
10. He croucheth, and humbleth himself, that the poor may fall by his strong ones.

Reno Omokri has replied him. If they had attended, some of you will notice they didn't cry well, or couldn't support the family raise funds, or even say, now that he's dead, they're coming to identify with him while none of them ever visited him when he was alive

So they all think same way on this ?
But give them all same Bible verse to teach , they will all teach differently

Freeze has a point. Because the late clergy,T.B Joshua doesn't belong to CAN or PFN,most of the popular pastors didn't attend or send any rep. This is arrant nonsense and lack of love and brotherliness in the christian race.
I support Freeze on this abeg. Some of them are just having personal beef with the late Joshua. What these pastors practice is religion and not christianity.

Even Jesus made it clear, when you give don't let your right hand know what your left hand is doing. Here's someone who is sharing rice on international t.v yet you don't know where he belongs. As for freeze, can two walk together lest they agree? can light and darkness mix? Those that know, know. And they won't jeopardize their integrity to be liked by mere mortal men.
@the bolded. You are just trying so hard to justify your GOs for not attending his burial.

It's on record how these "God of men" relate with our corrupt and wicked Politicians who are wicked and evil. But our GOs relate with them, pray for them during their campaign tours, invite them to organize Church launchings to raise blood money for their churches. Are you now telling the whole world that the Nigerian Pastorprenuers are yoked with these evil politicians

But here you are defending Nigerian con men for their shameful behavior.

I don't really like responding to this controversial attention seeker statement but let me just break that vow for today only.

1: The Church of God have hierarchies. Every men or women of God must not go to the burial/funeral of the demised clergyman. Some of them must have sent messages/ condolences in one form or the other.
2: all of the representative or the so-called men of God must not visit at the same time or the same day.
3: some men of God may decided to go in secret without causing commotions because some of these audio yeye-brities in Nigeria likes propaganda.
