I own the X3 and the TWS 1 PRO..
Indeed the 1 Pro is top notch..

The MIC noise cancellation cvc 8.0 on the edifier x5 is top notch

This is terrible. So sorry about that sir.
I personally feel that Bluetooth earbuds are best with those android or wear os smartwatches with enough storage for few songs if you are going out.

I only use tws for indoor to watch movies... No I don't have a smartwatch yet.

Avoid any headphones or earbuds for at least two weeks and let your ears heal.
Stop listening to music at high volumes

infact give it at least a month without headphones. if you wear headphones anytime soon without your ears healing well, you might end up with permanent tinnitus. And it's incurable!
Just stay away from loud noise as long as you can and avoid Q tips too. You can gently clean your ears when the pain has subsided.

No be my fault say I too like music. She's the only one that really helps to cope with the bullsh1t of life. The feeling of being lost in your own paradise is second to none.
