I want to apply for a visit visa using a registered business account, there are two directors, myself and my brother as stated on the CAC documents. My said brother is already in the UK on a tier 2 visa while I’m in Nigeria running business, and he isn’t the reason for my proposed visit anyway. Can I go ahead with the application or it’s important I have a letter from him attached to my application, showing he’s aware of this and gives consent considering he’s also a co owner of the business, or this would not be necessary, thank you.

Visa application is a 50:50 thing.
I will advice you give it a trial and let's hope for the best.

You can go ahead with the application, its not a must you get a letter from him but make sure he is legal in the uk and be ready to declare it on the application form with his passport number.

You can apply as a tourist listing center of attraction to visit and booked hotel reservation.

So my case is this; I'm a young medical Dr seeking for a visitor visa to go and seat for the PLAB 2 exam. Now, I don't have any money with me and my sister who's there in the UK is going to be my sponsor....so do I still need to present a statement of acct that would show I can't even finance it or every single supporting document about financing should show that my sister is sponsoring the trip ?
How best do I go abt this case generally ?Thanks in advance

So you did not receive any email from home office after your biometrics. They sent me an email yesterday acknowledging receipt of my visa application.

Advise....Don't go there if you don't want to worry about luggage getting missing etc. Read their reviews online and it will give you an idea.

But if on a budget like I was in 2019/2020. I risked it. Carry your entertainment and don't expect too much.

Thanks for your response. What do you mean by 'carry your entertainment '? Did you mean missing luggage is at passenger's risk? The guy wants to reduce the cost because BA is very expensive for him.

let your sister pay all the money into your account. Check @bivoprad on this thread for documents submitted to guide you for sponsorship route and add any other home ties you have in Nigeria, you will get it. Use that list and add any other things u need to submit.

you can reserve hotel and airline ticket without actually paying for it.
Pls do not pay for anything until your visa is granted. This is the statement from the official uk gov website

And a piece of land....
Will this not be an issues....because no kids yet, and me and my wife is travelling at the same time for honeymoon?
This throw more light on this area.. because I dont want to be refused on strong ties ground?

not a problem. Or you apply first. When your visa is out, she can then put in her application.
