Kosoco: You cannot carry out an international crime like abduction and expect to be taken seriously by the international community. The fact is that Nigeria abducted a British citizen from a third country. No extradition proceedings. Just abduction and torture and illegally sent to Nigeria. Nigerian officials are in trouble. |

BlackFlamefromP:Fulani herdsmen were doing everything to keep the country together by killing, raping and destroying farms in Igboland. They went to uzouwani Enugu and killed more than hundreds and no single arrest was done or the herdsmen brought to book BUT when Kanu decided to checkmate their activities and ensure the security of Igbo people by setting up a security outfit which the Eastern Governors have failed to come up with one he quickly became the one destabilizing and disintegrating your stupid country. Stupid people. Let me shock you the British gave asylum to IPOB group you refer to as terrorists after setting up ESN. They knew ESN were just protecting their land against third most terror group globally. |

Buhari the terrorist is surrounded by too many daft people. That's why nepotism and cronyism lead to bad decisions by the main player. I am 100% sure that if the attorney general of the country is a southerner, he or she is unlikely to have misadvised Buhari the terrorist on the implication of "Extraordinary Rendition" which is defined by Wikipedia as: "Extraordinary rendition, also called irregular rendition or forced rendition, is the government-sponsored abduction and extrajudicial transfer of a person from one country to another with the purpose of circumventing the former country's laws on interrogation, detention, extradition and/or torture." So, Buhari government has committed a crime and the world is watching. Same thing he did with Umaru Dikko but was caught by the British.. This abduction combined with the genocide he and his people are carrying out across Nigeria is being watched internationally. He cannot escape ICC. This platform called Genocide Watch keep tracks of all the killings by Buhari kinsmen, referred to on the platform as "Fulani ethnic militia", http://www.genocidewatch.com/nigeria |

There is a reason Interpol only employs locals in each country it operates, Nigerian Interpol has Nigerian staffs likewise the American Interpol. I am no Biafran. |

BlackFlamefromP: Mr Man, tell us which is worse, a man using every means to protect his land from state sponsored terrorist and bandits or a president and his kinsmen that go around the country on a killing spree, maiming, kidnapping, and raping, even forcing farmers off their land with no region spared across the country. So, to you, it is acceptable to break the law in order to bring another individual before the law. Meanwhile your terrorist president has not arrest a single Fulani bandits within his own domain. |

Ogbenia: No, I didn't waste my time. Mr. Kanu will get his day in court when the judges come back from vacation in a couple of months. And this 'extra-ordinary rendition' is a fancy sounding term but it seems some countries use it including the UK, US, and Israel to name a few. Wiki has a detail entry on the subject. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extraordinary_rendition United Kingdom After claims by Liberty that British airports had been used by the "CIA for extraordinary rendition flights, the Association of Chief Police Officers launched an investigation in November 2005. The report was published in June 2007 and found no evidence to support the claim. This was on the same day the Council of Europe released its report with evidence that the UK had colluded in extraordinary rendition, thus directly contradicting ACPO's findings. Liberty has challenged the findings and has stated that its original claims were based on "credible evidence".[174] In July 2007, the British government's Intelligence and Security Committee released their Rendition report, detailing U.S. and U.K. activities and policies.[175][176] On 21 February 2008, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband admitted (despite previous government denials) that two U.S. extraordinary rendition flights had stopped on Diego Garcia in 2002, a U.K. territory.[177] When questioned as to whether the government had deliberately misled the public over rendition, the Foreign Secretary apologised and stated that the government had simply "made a mistake". His statement also laid out the current UK Government view on Extraordinary rendition; Our counter-terrorism relationship with the United States is vital to UK security. I am absolutely clear that there must and will continue to be the strongest possible intelligence and counter-terrorism relationship with the US, consistent with UK law and our international obligations. As part of our close co-operation, there has long been a regular exchange with the US authorities, in which we have set out: that we expect them to seek permission to render detainees via UK territory and airspace, including Overseas Territories; that we will grant that permission only if we are satisfied that the rendition would accord with UK law and our international obligations; and how we understand our obligations under the UN Convention Against Torture.[178] — David Miliband A judicial inquiry, chaired by Sir Peter Gibson was announced by the government in July 2010, but was never formally launched and was scrapped in January 2012. According to the government, this was due to ongoing criminal investigations.[179] In April 2012 the CIA and FBI won a court ruling in the US, exempting them from releasing documentation requested by British members of parliament.[180] It later emerged that relevant 2002 flight records from Diego Garcia had been destroyed by water damage.[181] _________________________ Historical instances Historical cases An early case involves Israel's rendition of Adolf Eichmann from Argentina in 1960.[36] The first well-known American rendition case involved the Achille Lauro hijackers in 1985. After they were given a plane and were en route in international air space, they were forced by United States Navy fighter planes to land at the Naval Air Station Sigonella, an Italian military base in Sicily used by the US Navy and NATO. The intent was to bring the hijackers within judicial reach of United States government representatives for transport to and trial in the United States.[37] 1 Like 1 Share |

Kosoco: Buhari's record is riddled with acts of treason, murder, rape, abductions paedophilia, pogroms and all manner of evil. It takes such characters a bit of time to realise that the game is up. Once Britain is granted the consent by Nnamdi Kanu, to intevene in this case, a different ballgame will ensue |
