Guys, Umidigi has refused to give me an Os update to Android 11 since I bought it. I have been on this thread for long and i have been seeing several people getting Android 11 update on their A9 pro, but this people have refused to give me on my own A9 pro.

What has my phone done to them now? Why are they not giving my phone an Os upgrade while they are giving others that are using my kind of phone update?

Check wireless update, NOT software update....... cheesy

I have been checking both wireless and system update at the same time, All of them keep saying that my system is up to date. I don't know if the fact that I did a wireless update when i newly bought the phone is a contributory factor why they have refused to give me update cry

I tried to download this wireless update twice on a7 pro, but won't install after downloading...(always say file currupt )then will ask to download again

just download again and this time around even after it has downloaded, don't turn off your data. just install the update with your mobile data or WiFi on
