Honestly, I am feeling very sorry for Peter Obi. After all his smartness. I just sat down at my spare time and thought about this thing. People forget that humans tend to forget things immediately they no longer witness it. Very soon it will be only our generation that will know that during Obiano's tenure, some roads were not fixed and Touts reigned supreme at Onitsha and the entire Anambra because just like roads, people will forget about touts once they are curbed.
