So, my sister inlaw wanted us to go to a herbalist for local medicine...she said worm is the cause of my period pain and inability to conceive..that there are bad worms and the herbs will help kill them. I told her that my period pain is normal in my family, my mom had it and my sisters also have it, and it didn't stop my mom from conceiving and also didn't stop my sis from conceiving. That I am not taking any herbal medicine or any drug again till hubby goes for test. I have done my tests and I'm okay but her brother is refusing to go for test, telling me that he is fine and would have been a dad by now but the girl then wasn't ready.

To make your partner confident why don’t you request you both go for a couple MOT together (even though you have done yours) that it eliminates other health conditions too.

So I messed up my sperm cells with the use of PROVIRON 25mg administered daily for 90 days when SFA was 35mill. cells (see test results).
Now, I have a SFA result that shows less than 7 million sperm cells.
I'm trying to recover quickly as I have a DW to get pregnant.

Your advice is needed for the best drugs/supplements to take, even herbs too.

There's 5 months left in the year and we don't want to leave anything to chance.
I've seen Addyzoa, Manix, Chlomid, FertileAid, Wellman+ etc on here.
I need to invest on the right combination to achieve the required count, motility and sperm morphology in record time.

I'm going for another SFA test after the elections tomorrow but based on my last test results I need to plan ahead.

I will advise you stop all medications and be strictly on vitamins supplements and fruits, all this drugs will worsen your situation.
My husband was in the same shoe, proviron messed up his hormones.

Please can anyone recommend a lab on the island axis (Lagos) where i can do hormone profile test and TVS for a reasonable price. I have tried contacting a few i found on google and i am hearing price like N70k (sounds expensive, abi is this the normal range?). For now Union Diagnostics seem to be fair N21k for both test and scan but the reviews i am seeing on google is somehow lol.

OKRO WATER THERAPY

During your period, boil guava(dry or fresh) leaves and drink the water while still warm. One glass or half glass cup first thing in d morning and last thing in the night.
Then, after your period, in the evening, slice 5-7 pieces of okro, put the sliced okro into eva water bottle. Fill the can with clean water. Leave the okro in the water till morning. Shake well and take 1 glass of the okro water first thing in the morning before eating and last thing in the night. In the evening, discard the okro and prepare a fresh one to be taken as I explained above. You have to be doing a fresh one daily for 3-5days. Then watch out for ovulation signs.
