Move your cursor downwards while pointing at that officer in the middle, you'll see about the enlistment, start application and complete application. Click on start application and you are good to go

Chillax bros ion count Kaduna esp South kaduna among the States in Nigeria with large number of illiterate. I'm very sure ur from Southern kaduna so it's most definite y'all would have a large number of educated folks
