like u guys didn't fully read my post to grab why I made it. used d word "surprising" not cos I either don't know d score range or don't know that they only pick certain NOCs but to show hw unfair d system can b -that's judging from d angle of 2 pals that wrote TEF to boost CRS, one gathered 71/74pts while d other only managed 16/74points.
In da end, d one with 16/74pts got an NOI while d other can't get such, 4 now @least, because he "overperformed" nd now outside ON range of CRS.

I grabbed actually. My comment was just a contribution.

Hi all.

I am trying to do my ECA and I had finally gotten through all the huddles that IQAS had but they eventually sent me a mail after waiting for two months that they cannot assess my certificate because it is from Houdegbe North American University in Benin. They said they only assess French certificates from French speaking countries and my school is English taught sad sad

I am she trying to move on after money has entered bush but I would like to know if anyone here has assessed LLB degree from Houdegbe North with CES before I go ahead abeg... Any and all help would be highly appreciated. I have sent them a mail and their response was too diplomatic for my liking cry

Today is Monday, let's motivate ourselves.

The plan for 2021 is 401,000 new PR, but as of today they've issued 98,804 ITAs. Though practically impossible to reach that target of 401k this year, but they should strive to reach 50% of the target level. Hence, FSW draws might be rushed or cut-off dropped when draw resumes.

Also, it will be unfair to have a cut-off above 468 when the draw resumes because Ontario issued nominations to those that have scores below the last FSW cut-off(468).

If they go to 468 as cutoff for the first FSW draw, ITA to be issued won't be more than 28,295+or-. This we have seen them do for CEC on Feb. 13.

Keep the hope alive. We shall overcome

What’s the possibility of an Express Entry draw this year?

Please I really wasn’t expecting to get this NOI, though it’s a welcome development. The issue now is that I have 45 days to apply and my kids don’t have passports. My contact is saying the passports would take at least 6 weeks to get. Please has anyone been in this situation before? Is there a place I can go to get their passports fast tracked, or is there an alternative for not having passports. (Cos I saw passports of dependents among the document checklist for Ontario)

If you're in Abuja, you can get it very fast at the abuja passport express centre. If not, you can get an insider to fast track for you.

I tried the insider thing but they claim it’s not working with ‘the new regime’. Good to know there’s another option at Abj, I don’t mind going there o

Why aim for 474 when he/she can go for gold - 481 smiley
True, he or she has masters degree. So that should dangle around the 480s, I gave that score with the most popular two or more certificates in mind.

Last week, I still said something about the idea of people downgrading their score by writing another another IELTS O if your NOC is in Ontario PNP , so they can fall below 468. This particular draw targeted 458 to 467.

I think Ontario is doing this because those who they think stand the chance to go via straight federal ITA, will finally reject them. Now it is sweet and bitter at the same time.

Good afternoon guys. I need advice. I have a Bsc already and I have registered with CIPM as a student member, I’m in the final stage of of the program (PE2)
Now my question is once I write the Dina exam and get my certificate does that qualify as 2 or more certificates when filling my EE profile. I’m also finding it difficult to ascertain my exact NOC code, I’m a customer service rep for a fintech company, what I do is respond to inquiries and complaints via email live chat and telephone. Thank you as I await a response

Good afternoon everyone. Please is it possible to send my transcript to IQAS myself? For instance I have the school send to my office so I don’t have to keep applying for the transcript, then upload like a scanned copy on the website. Would this fly?

I think Customer service is NOC C and does not qualify for express entry. You should Google NOC Customer service and see.

Good day house,

Is there any risk in adding another person as my spouse in my EE profile today even though our wedding is still days away and so our wedding certificates will bear a further date and by God's grace we will certainly be married by the time we will be submitting an application.

The reason I am considering this is that a draw or anything can occur at any time and so better safe than sorry. I will appreciate your candid advice.

Thank you
