The result shows there's an issue with the ovaries/ovarian reserve.
I suggest you seek second opinion from another gynea preferably in a teaching hospital.

Hello, I came across this forum recently. I’m married for 3yrs now and I’m unable to conceive at all. I have done so many test my my prolactin was showing 6.38 which I think is normal but if I press my breast yellow milk do come out. I was then diagnosed of pcos because my period is always irregular. I was place on inositol and letrozole 2.5mg and was giving dostinex 0.5mg for the breast lactation till now milk still coming out if I squeeze my breast despite using the drug o .I followed up my cycle with pelvic scan to be sure if I’m ovulating but despite using letrozole they still cannot see an egg that grow well to be fertilized. Two things now is not making me to ovulate the breast milk and pcos.. I just tire. All I just need is to ovulate please anything else I can use �� somebody is depressed here

When in your cycle did you do the scan? Sometimes the time of ovulation might not be when you think. It depends on the average length of your cycles..
You can try seed cycling to regulate your cycle too.

thanks for your response. The letrozole is 2twice daily I tried the Melfomin 2twice daily but I’m always having severe headache so I stop. Maybe I will try again

In addition to the link quoted,for easy digestion and fast result,use each seed for 7 days by soaking 2 teaspoons of the seed into 2 glasses of water overnight and drink the water first thing in the morning. You start with flax seed on the first day of your period for the first 7 days( if you have a 28 days cycle ) then switch to pumpkin seeds for another 7 days then to sunflower to sesame seeds

Sweetheart everything is very fine from what I can see from ur scan results.
The right one is still there just that the radiologist got a bit smaller measurement than the previous one which is not an issue as there can be mild variations depending on the width measured.

Repeat scan again in 2 days or more and take note of when u see" a slight collection of fluid in the pouch of Douglas"....that place that they are writing now that there is no fluid.

Fluid collection there also indicates ovulation. I wish u d best honey. It is well in Jesus name,amen.

Don't worry.keep tracking and relax.do some mild morning exercises each day.helps keep d body very receptive

I did the folliculonetry scan from day 10th till day 20th o. I check two days interval and no egg show a sign of increasing in size not to talk of it even growing bigger
