klausserklaus: The best way to get into it is by being preview to construction projects before they are advertised for sale. Most projects now are purchased by investors before the developers advertise to the public. So it's best to have someone update you on what's available before it's made public. And purchase is based on first come first served basis. |

PedigreeCity: At the moment i don't think canada is prioritising visiting visa now due to the pandemic. Also the processing time for visiting visa is so long too. Virgin or no virgin passport doesn't really hold. What they need to see is availability of cash to show you can fund yourself while there and also your family and then home ties. What must bring you back is also what u need to show. I advice you go through a strong and genuine consultant. |

For those that live in Calgary and qualify. Save $250 and get $750. Plus free basic financial management classes. Not a scam, not a pyramid scheme. Your money stays in your account all through the program and you get a check after the program.

Please can someone guide me with this in order to know if to apply for a one year or two year masters program?. will one be eligible for PR thru CEC (Canadian Express class) after one year of work or after the whole 3yrs of the pgwp which they are entitled to if one applies for a two years masters program? |
Re: Living In Canada/Life As A Canadian Immigrant Part 2 by Davidganna10: 6:42am On Aug 12, 2021 |
Ola76421:one year masters get you one year PGWP. So I will advice you to go for 2 years masters to get 3 years PGWP You only need one year of full time skilled work I.e NOC O,A, B (1560 hours) to qualify Note: this excludes co-op work 1 Like |

buchito1:you can get one year PGWP provided you maintained the purpose of your Visa. To your question YES but it may be difficult to get work in NOC O,A or B with one year PGWP which will invariably affect you getting PR via CEC or EE. So I will advise you to do another one year program for 3 years PGWP. |

Not always true. Some fasttrack-one-year programs yield 3 yrs of PGWP. I think they look at the total credits earned as well. Davidganna10: |

Good morning everyone. Please I like to seek clarification on what the prospect of Market Research Analyst jobs is in Ontario. Compared to Supply Chain Management and Business Analyst, which is better? On the other hand, I have tried to research on my own on jobbankcanada website but it seem a Lil confusing. Thus, I need a little clarification on the subject matter. Thanks in advance. |

Indigbo: Be mindful how spread this question on all threads so you dnt invite people who will scam you via desperation they are sensing. Applying for jobs in canada is a "hard" thing except she has a SPECIAL SKILL Canadians dnt have. Tourist route is not feasible due to the pandemic and closed borders. I would have said express entry route via PNP but at the same time age and her job description is another thing again which needs serious attention. how old are her kids? If they are of high education level let them go in through study routes to canada or UK and then other things follow. Gurus in the house can help clear out here too. 3 Likes |

Indigbo: Don't Really have an advice for you cos you won't want to go as a Resident and start over, instead how old are your children, if they are done with University, they can apply to schools since you have the money to sponsor them, dey can become a PR after years, and file for you to come visiting, In ma opinion. That's the only way for you to remain abroad for a long time, please find how to help your children out of this country, you'll never regret it, no jokes Cc: ednut1 3 Likes |

Ojiyovwi0011:visit the express entry thread, there is no shortcut to Canada. Canada does not give tourist visa like that too. You have to put in the work. Flee from agents 1 Like |

Indigbo:at this age . Only investment visa is feasible for you. If you have over 60m in naira to invest there are some provinces you can try. Canada wants younger people at this age . No points for age for you o |
