Yes you can add additional documents ..you can go on Thursday to submit your CC after getting it from the bank.

What I noticed is that whenever the call stops saying number busy, it's that time that u got to bombard ur calls. I think it's that time that you have d chance to connect

You're to authenticate at ministry of education then proceed to ministry of foreign affairs for Legalization. After which you take the documents to the embassy for Legalization.
Ministry of education plus foreign affairs shouldn't take past one week
Also the embassy takes exactly one week to be done with the Legalization process after submission.

It's not compulsory to get it done before the visa appointment. Only thing is some schools require it to be done before you will be considered for admission while others it's different, some schools doesn't even require Embassy's Legalization at all.
But if you have already been given admission,it's not compulsory to do it before appointment.

It's costed on the number of documents, but just budget 20-25k for both ministries you might not spend up to that tho

And at the embassy it's 30euro per document, not minding the number of pages. e.g transcript no matter the number of pages is treated as a document, and your O'level certificate as a document

It means they're still open to get dates today, often times when you get date you'll be fixed for next 2weeks which is the 27th.
When it closes today you'll notice the date will change

So Keep refreshing
