This morning I was discussing with mum after drinking alot of garri the previous night and feeling very heavy n headache,I told her how using roasted or dry fish also makes me weak after eaten though immediately you feel full.
For he it usually gave her running stomach and she had to let go for a while...but being Nigerian,it's hard to totally let go.
I began to make research and it took me here,maybe I too should dump garri for a while.

My body suffers many illness anytime I eat garri,.

After eating garri, I will feel full, but after an hour, I will start feeling hungry again alongside headache and body weakness.

Garri does more harm to our body, but nigerians will not agree

OP, replace garri with tuwon chinkafa i.e ground rice meal, Elkris oat meal, wheat and may be Semovita and pounded Yam... These are other swallows apart from Garri and Akpu/ fufu...
