Nobody prompted the govt when it announced 400 suspected sponsors have been arrested for interrogation. This happened a few weeks ago, what we should do is follow the progress of the interrogation and ensure appropriate steps are followed to try them.
This is the first time alleged sponsors have been arrested and we should allow the security to a thorough job, not hastily charge them to court and end up losing the case without watertight evidence.

It's not impossible that those still free and might end up indicted by the 400 picked up might be shopping for means to truncate the interrogation before it touches them. They can easily recruit anyone with axe to grind to cause diversion
