How can the guy whose asking for 1k be most active in Sports and Politics section rather than Jobs and Business? Yes, he posted that he needs a job and one who have expected him to be more active on sections other than Sports. More over, his moniker was registered recently. To me, dude is more of a gambler than a genuine job seeker, though I could be wrong if there's proof to nullify the assertions stated above.

On the positive side, it's good you offered to help but I hate it when people play on the generosity of others. Hope you're enjoying your Sunday?

1) Gambling is one of the effects of joblessness, it's delusional, giving false hope to those in it. To me I believe from personal experience its a psychological and a thing of the mind that can only be stopped when the person involve gets something more occupying and more profiting to them.

Unfortunately, the daily increase in unemployment will continue to make the over povertirized citizens continue to languish in this deadly act of gambling as they see it as their only or last hope for sustainance.

2) God forbid if felicity001 is an addicted gambler today and wants to beg for little money on SM you don't expect that he does it with his famous moniker. Hope you get now.

Whatever you say u are right.
But I hope u know the meaning of probability and prevalence.
It's ur reality Vs my reality
Your experience Vs my experiences.
I am not discrediting what u saying but u r trying hard to discredit what I am saying.
Now since we all learning and sharing knowledge, from ur research could u be kind to tell us how much a good hybrid battery pack is as at today?
Or if it is repaired (which I doubt, how much does it cost and how long will it last)
I Know people buy and change faulty cells out of the whole pack but that's still luck as spare-part dealers will not dismantle a new pack and be selling individual cells, most times it's still out of a bad pack they will be searching for good cells which are already 90 or 95% out of service life.

I am glad u mentioned lifespan of car components, before u say what I am saying is a lie, let me ask you, what is the average lifespan of a Toyota/Honda Hybrid battery pack? My answer to that question is 8yrs...10yrs depending on usage. So u see...only people that r lucky to get the car brand new or partially used enjoy it, not we in Nigeria who get those cars after 10 or 15yrs of use.

These are realities and facts anything outside this is hope or wish. If u are hoping or wishing u will get one that is good that will last for u that's fine.

My reason for some level disagreements with the subject person is embedded within the bolded.

One will come up to claim they know so well about something yet Will keep it to themselves like they gonna get millions out from it.

For instance, you claim to know a mechanic who rings engine and it last for many years with many success stories over time, yet you wouldn't give someone who needs his service his contact... What's the sense behind that? Insane!

Hybrid batteries from my little understanding and experience as an engr with telecoms, if batteries are kept in isolation they depolarize and can go bad let alone when even connected to each other and left unused for months, lifespan is short and are very expensive to replace/purchase.

Inasmuch as I'd love to have an hybrid vehicle, I wouldn't trade my peace of mind with what I'm already use to which is the petrol cars.

One thing is sure, in 10 to 15yrs time the world will improve and will have more of these hybrid and electronic cars just like we do now with the automatic cars these days because I remember in the early 90s automatic vehiclss where seen as strange to us but even b4 the new millinium we started accepting it and now many don't even want to hear anything relating to the manual/stick vehicles.

But same automatic cars have been in used in western world for decades. It sad shall. But for the now let's join the hang wagon.

You dey whine me ?
So Uber drivers are making millions driving.
I receive it, I claim it.
Let’s assume what I see on my dashboard is what I have in my account and I’m the king of ants,
I earn 560k every month (800k gross - 20% commission and 10% fuel/servicing)
560k * 12 months = 6,720,000
So I have 6.7M , I will now buy car 4.5M , pay lekki house rent 1.5M and left with 720k.

This life no balance
My brother na so life be o, sometimes I’ll be home and be admiring some of you guys on Uber trips, but I’m too lazy to even do any. Maybe this evening I go enter road small. Just 2-3 trips

You have to understand that Nigeria has finished everyone of us.

This guy worked for 59 hrs a week and made $1500 or #750,000 naira. That's 1500/59 = $25.5 per HR.

I worked a 82hrs last week and made 185k. That's 185k/82 = #2260 per HR.

If I switch places with this guy, and we maintain the same work rate, this guy would make #133,340naira and Cheerfulgiver will make $2091 or #1,045,500naira.

He worked everyday, I also worked everyday. Yesterday, gentlelife posted how a guy worked for 18hrs and made 55k, and he was being sarcastic about it to someone else, implying the guy woke early and worked too hard.

But if that same guy put in the same time in the US, he would have made $459, and the same gentlelife will celebrate. It's easy to see why I call people foolish and hypocritical.

People like us with high work rates are on a path you can never understand because you keep seeing, and having a toilet window attitude and mentality about hardwork.

The said Camry we used like 8k plus little fuel inside to ugheli, I was very sure the battery was working because it was switching from time to time.
That got me thinking, if there's difference, after all.
Normal Camry 2.4 can as well do the said journey with same amount of fuel.
The worst part is that the car is grounded as we speak.

There's little fuel savings on the highway. You get the most of it when in traffic

Exactly, the rating system is a huge scam. My rating just dropped below 4.5 despite the fact that I've not had any issue with any rider. Even one day , I filtered like 11 trips, without completing any ride, ratings dropped immediately. I hate begging riders to rate me, but it appears that's the only way forward now..
