Based on my personal experience (especially due to the fact that I recently had a near-death experience and just recovered), I believe the soul exists, even though we can't see it with the naked eyes.

However, I've learnt not to trust beliefs — including mine; I prefer to know than to believe.

And what I would call knowledge is a fact established mathematically with a concrete basis in physics.

The soul doesn't meet these criteria. However, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I have lucid dreams regularly where I experience inner worlds (the realm of the soul). Hence, I believe it exists.

But developing a good model to explain these things scientifically is hard; hence, the skepticism I have about the subject persists.

That's why I regularly question that belief — regarding the existence of the soul — and see if I can find an alternative explanation for things like lucid dreams, some dreams coming to pass.

First is this: we humans, at least the intelligent ones among us, want to love your kind for what they really are. But while at it, we want to be treated fairly too.
