That's how this thief was a known guy on the Uber thread too until he scammed me and everyone turned a blind eye.

This same felicity guy was very active when I was trying to verify the scammer's identity on that thread before sending money to him.

Don't vouch for anybody on Nairaland except you know them in person and their family house too.

If you have never met Felicity in person, don't be playing smart and distracting this thread except you are the Adeiza or Kabiru guy. People assume that because they have been interacting with people for years on a thread, then they can vouch for the person.

This was our first email exchange, he was pretending like he is a doctor that only referred me to the FRSC guy, not knowing it's the same person, it took me time to figure it out because the fictitious "doctor" was also promising to refund me but will just go quiet for long.

At some point the doctor said he (the FRSC guy) lost his wife, then he said he lost his child,

If I share our email exchange here, you will not believe how cunning this guy can be.

He called me and the other person he also defrauded, in June, to beg us that his "doctor friend" has been calling him, but I didn't buy the lie because he didn't sound like someone that lost wife and child as the doctor claimed.

Some of us would probably have been able to avoid this guy if others reported and called him out

That's why I'm saying they should investigate the other man (car dealer) very well, that may be the main man behind all the monikers and the young boy's picture might just be a decoy.

No matter how sophisticated they are, they will still be demystified.

You don't need to get scammed, ever again. At least, not for this reason.
Moving forward, if you need to buy foreign currency, all you need is two things:
- A Payoneer account
- Binance

Open a Payoneer account, and create an EUR, USD, GBP or other foreign currency receiving account.
Go to the Binance P2P marketplace, and place an order for USDT. Pay with your nairas, via bank transfer.
Now, sell your USDT in exchange for a deposit in the foreign currency account you previously created on Payoneer. If you're buying EUR, for instance, the payment method you should specify on Binance would be SEPA.

Once the merchant has paid you, go to your Payoneer and either
- order a Payoneer card
- withdraw the dollars into a domiciliary account you own. Hopefully your domiciliary account has a card associated to it to enable you spend your funds seamlessly.

Very sad that a young man like this has chosen to follow this path. Sadly, I got to know him in 2009. We were both into automobile key programming. On numerous occasions we would agree on matter and he would disappoint. I warned him numerous times to stop this behaviour when he was reported to me by our other colleagues how he had taken money from them and did not do their jobs as agreed. I then decided to move on. I did not hear from him again till 2020 during the lockdown. He called for me to assist him that he had an accident and lost his wife and child in the accident and he was bedridden. I sent him some money to take care of himself (looking back now it may just be a lie and has gone neck deep into this scam thing). A lot of people have cursed him for cheating them out of the hard earned money. HE WAS NEVE AND IS NOT A NAVAL OFFICER. HIS LATE ELDER BROTHER WAS A NAVAL OFFICER. THAT WAS HOW HE WAS ABLE TO GET AN OFFICE SPACE AT THE OJO NAVAL BASE MAMI MARKET.

JUST LAST NIGHT I ASKED MY INLAW IF HE HAD HEARD ANYTHING FROM HI. AND MY INLAW TOLD ME HOW ADEIZA SCAMMED HIM OH OVER N600K FOR THE PROGRAMMING OF A CAR.

HE HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A CRIMINAL AT THE END OF THE DAY.

YOU GUYS SHOULD ALL BEWARE. THAT HIS BABY HAS A VERY WICKED HEART BEHIND IT.
