I humbly seek experts opinions on my issue ,

I applied for a Canadian study permit in 2016 to which resulted in a refusal, but in my family declaration form , I forgot to add my sisters names ,
Now I am trying to fill my EE profile , I want to include their names with documents backing it up,
How best do I explain the omission from 2016 so it doesn’t end in a ban/refusal ?

"upfront medical" You choose to do your medical examination before you're requested by IRCC to do it. Medical is required for your Application. You may choose to wait for IRCC to send you request or do it upfront.

LRSW- 8,8.5,7.5,7 respectively on first attempt.
I'm married and combined score that came out was 478
I've completed the EE profile so I guess we just wait

Or are the real actual listening test really easy as de claim it to be on exam day because

@Jackynn....it's not as easy...the reason you are missing marks is because of that 1 or 2% distraction....I got carried away for just 2seconds in the exam and I dropped to band 8 in listening cos I couldn't answer like 3 questions.
It's really difficult to concentrate 30mins to time that's just the key

i never scored up to 30 during practice, but during the actual test i passed listening and reading many times. You cannot recreate exam settings during practice

Avoid losing concentration.

Also avoid using short form of words from now on as it may affect you during the test.

Let me share a few tips with you
1. Make sure you are practicing with the right ielts listening questions because there are lots of listening test online that are unrealistic by unrealistic I mean the audio is faster than it should be. Practice with Cambridge ielts listening test from 1-16 and ieltsonlinetests.com(pls stick to the listening practice tests on the general tests and Academic tests only )
2. Check out ieltsliz for more tips on listening
3. If you are having issues with the multiple choice type of questions, the solution is to learn how to paraphrase with speed. In most cases the answer will be a paraphrase of what you heard in the audio recording.
4. Concentrate!
5. Check your spelling

Ehnn now somebody is saying something and being honest..thanks man.. Because I hear some people saying they get up to 40 even in practice and maintain scores between 35-40 when practicing and I'll be asking myself is it not the same Cambridge or YouTube materials I'm also practicing that is so tough especially the YouTube listening, its very difficult to score 35 without repeating the audio talk more of 38

Uhmm concentration is key then..but I tend to lose focus way too often.

Name calling is uncalled for

Writing in IELTS gives problems to most guys, even people who write daily for a living. The advice was given in good faith. We wish you the best in your exams and hope you will take the tips seriously....even though you didn't ask. A score of 6.5 in IELTS Writing.....even though it's a fair score CLB 8...... is a CRS killer....

See forget practice score ooo, you cannot really recreate exam scenarios. Concentration is actually key, I don't think I have scored up to 36 in practice but I have gotten 8.5 in listening twice, 2017 and last month exam. Pay attention to the instructions so you don't miss out on word count then avoid distractions.
