Hello guys so I’ve been denied Canada study visa twice now I’m about to apply third time making a lot of changes please I want you to u guys to guide me before applying I don’t want to make any mistake this time. I don’t want it to be after I apply you guys will now start saying I’m meant to do this I’m meant to do that… Here’s my story First reason • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue Second reason I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. I also applied for GCMS The applicant is seeking to study in the College Diploma Program at Conetsoga college in Canada. I am not Satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident,I note that : The client is Single,Mobile, is not well established and has no dependents. Taking the applicant’s plan of studies into account , the documentation provided in support of the applicant’s financial situation does not demonstrate that funds would be sufficient or available. I am not satisfied thy the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense. Weighing the factors in the application.I am not satisfied that the applicant will adhere to the term and conditions imposed as a temporary resident. For the reasons above, I have refused the application Ps- I was 17 years when I got these rejection so I don’t know why they’re saying I’m single and I don’t have dependents. ……Now my school (Conestoga college isn’t opened for Jaunuary intake now I’ve changed my school to Durham college. And now I’m paying my first semester fees next week to make my application stronger. In the two applications that were rejected my dad was the sponsor but now I want to change to my mum hope that won’t be a problem? And she doesn’t really have assets like my dad, land etc. she only has luxury cars like Range Rover Evoque and Toyota Venza. Can I use her as my sponsor?? I’ll use up to 25m in her bank statement @frank 4 Likes 1 Share |

Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well. My sister that had the issue of refused deferral with the University of Calgary got her PPR on the 14th. We took a gamble and started online, since all her courses had moved online anyway because of the Delta variant crisis in Alberta. Here is her timeline: Application date: May 21 2021 Biometrics Request: May 22 2021 Biometrics done: May 25 2021 Medicals passed: May 24 2021 PPR: September 14 2021 Submitted Admission letter, proof of full tuition and accommodation payment, SOP, copies of short course certifications done and sponsorship letter from our dad. Since she has paid accommodation for one year (of a 2 year course) and full tuition, how much should she have to show at the point of entry as proof of funds, and how can she show it? The sponsorship letter said that our dad will be sending her upkeep monthly. My other sister is a May 15th applicant, still waiting. May PPR come to her and all of us waiting, amen. Thank you all in advance! 29 Likes |
