Hello everyone,
Just joined the topic and have been reading some few pages. I need help understanding some few things especially concerning the bulletin. My case is currently at NVC, all documents approved, fees paid, documentarily qualified. PD is August 2015. DQ in July 2021. Visa class is F11 (F1)

All I’m waiting for is interview letter. From the submissions I have read on this forum so far I haven’t been able to get any concrete info concerning when interview letter might come or what interview date will be. I checked the bulletin and I really don’t understand. If anyone can be kind enough to explain what this means in the images attached below. Thank you.

I’m also F11 also priority date December 2015 . Under normal circumstance we are supposed to get interview letter by next year but due this COVID hopefully 2023 cos Chart A of the Visa bulletin is what NVC uses to schedule interview when your priority date is before the date on the visa bulletin and Chart B is when NVC contact the applicant to pay fees and submit documents . Hope this is helpful

Alright... I am not gonna lie. This is messing with my mind.

My priority date is April, 2016 and I'm in the F11 category. I've submitted all necessary documents required by the NVC and they've not contacted me for more than a month now to tell me if I am documentary qualified or I've got some issues.

What's going on? Did I do something wrong? ADVICE ME PLEASE!!!

Be patient it takes up to 2 months to hear from them better still login to NVC timeframe to check what date of documents that NVC are reviewing. You will be fine.

I wonder how long the interview wait time is going to be with the USA dealing with migrant crisis on the southern border, thousands of refugees and the relocation of more than 60,000 Afghans, Covid-19 pandemic, division in politics and all that.

I got a mail from NVc that my case is currently with them. They sent me the case number and invoice number to use access the ceac site to check status and submit documents but however my priority date is 2018 and i know it is not yet current. I decided to logged in to see if i can be able to submit documents but i couldn't. My question is.... When will i be able to submit documents to nvc and pay the fee? Is it when i am current?

Check their timeframe here.

They always post the date of documents been reviewed and the timeframe is updated every Monday night. If the day you submitted your documents have passed the date on time frame, use the public enquiry form to Contact them

2023? Wow I was already seeing myself in the US by December. This is really terrible to have to wait for that long. Hopefully they do something to reduce such long waiting time. Thanks for your reply

But what documents do you want submit. Since it’s more than a month I think you should wait because if you submit now the date of submission will be your new date

You can wait to get the outcome of what you submitted before submitting new one
