Bigflamie: We have told them already that if this southern unity rubbish is for return of power to yoruba then it is dead on arrival..You can't be talking about fairness and equity while still promoting yoruba presidency that they've had it for 8 years while they still enjoy VP for another 8 years. Aketi has stamped it. He has said it. The whole APC is waiting for Jagaban to talk....even Jonathan will not be stupid to contest against him. Even Buhari himself is waiting for him. My only prayer is that he allows Osinbajo moves forward. This will be the best news for Nigeria. 4 Likes |

All hands must be on deck. If Asiwaju is on the ballot, even Makinde will campaign underground for him. Yoruba always give consolidated votes to their son on the presidential ballot. How some clueless people think all their media onslaught against Asiwaju will make him lose the majority of Yoruba votes still remain a mystery. He will get nothing less than 75-80% votes in the West and you will see some of the highest figure of registered voters from the SW that will shock you all. 10 Likes |

Akeredolu shouldn't have come out to say this... it's too early. It's just a pity that the northerners want to betray the gentleman's agreement they had with the west. Strong societies are built by men who keep their word, they had a chance to cement and consolidate their power. but fact still remains that all regions of the country either fulani, hausa, Igbo or yoruba would benefit from restructuring. |
