Another factor that negates your assertion is that Nigeria is still learning when it comes to drugs and gangs. Over there both male and females are members of drug cartels. When you are under the influence of drugs,anything goes.

The above pictures were all taken in their comfort zones. The fact that girls are almost nude in their hostels doesn't mean they can go out that way.

Culture get zipcode... what is culturally accepted in Zipcode A is not culturally acceptable in Zipcode B. We see this even more so in Nigeria where there are about 250 ethnic groups. In parts of yoruba land for example, women are allowed to walk around bare chested in protest. However, the same women would be cut down or raped if they attempted the same in another cultural zipcode in the same Nigeria.

We don't have to copy but we should consider beginjg to let go of the meaningless ideas of right and wrong even in this country.
