Ok. Draw your SR lines on major reversal points. Allow your trades to run until at least one of your trades hits its own S/R depending on what's obtainable. When one hits, close all positive trades and let the reds run if the day is not Friday. Look for new opportunities, while letting the red run. However, on Friday if your floating trades after closing previous ones is positive close all trades and wait for a new week. Otherwise, let it run until another trade hits its S/R and you close all positive trades.
That's how I take profit. I don't like too much brain work when trading.

Look at the attached screenshots, you will see where I drew my horizontal lines. Among all the trades I placed, GBPUSD will definitely hit the line first. I will then close all the other green trades too even though they seem to have room for more move. I do that because I noticed most times when one reverses it carries majority along.

The news has acted well .

Like I posted earlier, I want to sell gold. I factored in the news in my decision making and I think I'm still on track.

Reasons for sell?
1. M30 is on the fifth wave of my Elliot wave projection
2. The fifth wave coincides with the last wave of "wave 4" on the H4
3. The E. Wave confluences are happening at a new supply window
4. Dollar is still strong.

For the reason of a strong dollar, I want to add another USDCAD bag.

I'll let the day close to see if I can proceed with the plan or abort mission
